Housemade ice creams made by our very own Chef Rochelle, inspired by the seasons and the amazing ingredients we use in our spaces. They come in 26oz pint+ and use milk from Kurtz Family Dairy (unless the flavor is dairy free). Chef Rochelle engineered this ice cream recipe to be milk based so it is lighter as there is no heavy cream, her recipe is soy and gelatin free as well.
