Grilled with lard, and topped with onions and cilantro. 3) Beer-battered cod fish* Catch-of-the-day cod is beer-battered in our house tempura mix, deep fried, and rested on a serrano-based aioli. *contains gluten 4) Fresh shrimp sautéed with butter, garlic, and a hint of non-spicy guajillo chili, finished with a touch of lime juice. All Our tacos are served over our hand-made tortillas.

1) Pork "carnitas" Michoacán style slow-cooked, pulled pork tacos are braised in orange, onion, garlic, and lard. 2) Shredded chicken "tinga" Stewed in aromatic bay leaves, onions, and garlic cloves before being finished in red sauce, our shredded chicken "tinga" is finished with Mexican "crema" with "queso fresco." 3) Delicious grilled nopales (cactus) served with a slice of avocado, and plated with our salsa taquera, and topped with pico de gallo.
