IPA | 6.8% | 17 IBU | Banana Ooh Nah Nah sits somewhere between brewery and smoothie shop. Pouring a hazy soft pink, this silky IPA is packed with ripe banana and juicy Strawberry character. Smooth, fruity, and dangerously drinkable, it's the kind of beer that has you wondering if it's still happy hour or somehow its breakfast again.

12% | Fourteen months resting in Buffalo Trace barrels has transformed our Fudge It All Imperial stout into a decadent expression of time and oak. Deep, understated notes of coffee mingle with swathes of dark chocolate fudge and rich vanillin, while an intense woody character brings warmth, complexity, and depth. Bold yet nuanced, it is a testament to the flavors that patience can build upon trace amounts.

DIPA | 9.1% | Anchovy and Strata hook you with candied berry and fresh watermelon rind beneath a nose of pine and dankness. The bitterness stays surprisingly soft and dry without losing its West Coast roots. At 9.1% — Catch and release was never part of the plan.

Session Hazy | 5.4% | IBU 15 | Fresh, green, and unapologetically aromatic. This beer's big tropical hop nose comes out swinging, while the flavor takes a hard turn toward lemon-lime zest and a pleasantly pithy bitterness. Its light, hazy, crisp, and has more personality than you ex.

Sour | 5.2% | Bobbi Jo is sweet, tart, and just a little bit wild. Cape gooseberry brings the twang, passion fruit brings the tropical warmth, and tangerine sneaks out the back door at night. Bright, juicy, and full of personality — she's a farmer's daughter after all. Mamma warned you about girls like her.

Cider | 5% | We're back in black(berry). We cranked it up to 11 and swapped the guitars for blackberries. Bold berry takes center stage, with crisp, clean apple playing the perfect backup. The first glass was just the opening act, grab another the encores about to start.

Cider | 5.3% | Meet Strawberry Fields — where tart green apple meets strawberry sweetness in perfect harmony. A crisp white-wine finish ties it all together for a cider that’s bright, juicy, and just a little dreamy. “Strawberry fields forever” … or at least until we run out.

Saison | 5.6% | IBU 26 | This is a rustic style saison with peppery spice, softer florals, a bit of body, and a soft white head. It pours with a ruby color and features just a whisper of sweet prickly pear, enough to let you know its Pear-ly There.

A rich and fruity wine with natural blueberry flavor.

A mysterious apparition of ripe berry and relentless spice. Full of concentration and intensity, this wine will tease, tantalize and linger long after the last sip is gone. Wild berries and black pepper are framed by the influence of oak again with baking spices and a hint of toasty vanilla.

This blend of Frontenac, Marechal Foch, St. Croix, Marquette and Geneva Red 7 Iowa grapes produced a dry red wine, but not too dry. Soft and complex aromas of dried currant, black pepper, fig, black cherry, and black raspberry. Mild, well-integrated oak with notes of toasted bread and toasted marshmallow. A complex wine with a smooth finish. Compares to Cabernet.
