Domaine de Montbourgeau, Cremant du Jura, NV
For those of you who want all of the pomp-and-circumstance of a grower champagne but would prefer to stay south of $40, this is your hole in one. The Jura valley has an incredible history of viticulture which can sometimes be confused as one focusing on more oxidative-styled white wines; however, this 100% chardonnay is not that in the least. It is pure and crystalline with tons of aromatic and flavor complexity reminiscent of its more famous sparkling-wine neighbor to the north. The Brut Zero means there is no addition of sugar during secondary fermentation which makes this style laser-focused and mineral-rich. One unique fact about this wine is that the wine always come from one single vintage but are labeled non-vintage. This vintage produced a scant 15,000 bottles which are always allocated.$41.99

Aeris "Centennial Mountain Vineyard" Bianco, California, 2018
These are the first Carricante vines planted in the US and overseen by the powerhouse Rhys Vineyards from the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA. This is a single vineyard bottling of Carricante grown on ancient volcanic soils that emulate those from Mt Etna in Sicily. They have made a truly spectacular wine that could easily be confused with a Premier Cru Burgundy with its layers of complexity and elongated finish that is wonderful currently but has great potential to age.$49.99

Van Duzer, Pinot Noir Rosé, Willamette Valley, 2025
This Pinot Noir Rosé was crafted using whole cluster pressing, a gentle approach that yields a wine of light color, refined texture and soft rounded structure. Fermentation took place in our specialized cigar-shaped tanks, whose tall and narrow design allows for precise temperature control and minimal surface area. The 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé shows aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, complemented by notes of yellow peach and violets. To balance the fruit forward aromatics the wine has a light acid driven body. This leads to a long and mouthwatering finish.$22.99
Bedrock "Ode to Lulu" Old Vine Rose, California, 2025
Whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts exclusively in stainless steel. On the nose you'll find notes of cantaloupe, grapefruit, white peach, crushed white cherries, tarragon, garrigue, and wet stone. On the palate this wine is medium-bodied and textured, balancing rich, dense flavors of peach and green melon with a buoyant, refreshing acidity and chalky structure.$28.99
A Tribute to Grace, Rosé of Grenache, Santa Barbara County, CA, '25 (MAGNUM)
Angela Osborne is a native to New Zealand and came to the cool-climate of Central California focusing solely on the Grenache varietal. This is her way-too-easy to drink rosé that she perfects every year, and 2025 is no exception! Angela’s wines are always mildly extracted and delicate to accentuate the floral nuances and to allow the minerality to shine through. Full of youthful raspberry and strawberry with hints of anise and the extended aging brings out a wonderful creamy texture to complement the bright fruits.$59.99

Villa Diamante is a relatively new winery in the vast span of Campanian history and theirÊ"Ad Ultimum"Êis an ode to Aglianico, the noble grape of Southern Italy grown in the esteemed DOCG of Taurasi. The wine undergoes an aging process that includes time in Slavonian oak barrels adding depth and character. This method imbues the wine with a complexity that unfolds beautifullyÑa symphony of dark fruits, hints of leather, and a subtle earthiness. On the palate, it boasts robust yet velvety tannins, culminating in a finish that lingers for ages. Pair this gem with hearty dishes like osso buco or aged cheeses.$69.99

Committed to organic viticulture, his approach prioritizes the natural language of the vineyard, avoiding the use of herbicides and pesticides. Grau’s philosophy centers on making exceptional wines with minimal intervention, allowing the soils to express themsleves fully. This field blend combines Garnacha Tinta, Cariñena, Syrah, and other local varieties from 50-year-old vines. Antonio Macanita and Nuno Faria "Tintas Negras Dos Villoes", Madeira, 2024
10% ABV red wine??? Yes and its fabulous! This project, led by António Maçanita and Madeiran restaurateur Nuno Faria, celebrates the unique potential of Portugal's Madeira islands. Maçanita is known for reviving forgotten grape varieties and winemaking techniques, including the first Negra Mole wine in the Algarve. This project honors the islands' terroir and the playful rivalry between Madeirans ("Villões") and Porto Santans ("Profetas"). The wines embody the audacious spirit of these islands and their communities, merging Maçanita’s expertise with Porto Santo's heritage and reinforcing his commitment to revitalizing Portugal’s winemaking traditions through bold, unique wines. Glatzer "Blaufrankisch", Carnuntum, Austria, 2022
Glatzer "Blaufrnkisch" is a great example of the rich heritage and exceptional terroir of AustriaÕs Carnuntum region where Walter Glatzer and his family meticulously tend over 50 hectares of organic vineyards. Here, the unique combination of exposition, soil, and microclimate creates optimal conditions for viticulture, with the vines benefiting from the contrasting influences of the warm Pannonian plain, cooling currents of the Danube, and protective forests. The result is wines characterized by vibrant freshness and brightness, attributed to the region's wide diurnal temperature swings. Glatzer's Blaufrnkisch shines as the star of the estate, undergoing gentle maceration and fermentation before aging in large casks to enhance complexity and depth. Crack this open for a picnic after being chilled for a spell.$21.99
Chateau Musar, Lebanon, 2000
Lebanon doesn't have a ton of wines that have put them on the international map, but Chateau Musar is one that defies that notion. Considered Lebanon's "Grand Cru", Gaston Hochard defined what ageworthy wine means with his ever changing blends of Cabernet, Cinsault, and Carignan. Even at 25 years old, this highly lauded Cabernet dominant vintage still has room to evolve! Enfield Wine Co. "Waterhouse Ridge", Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019
The Enfield wines are some of the most structured, expressive and vibrant California wines I have ever tasted and makes you wonder why more California Cabernet is not made in the cooler climates of northern Sonoma Coast. Since 2010 John Lockwood has made a distinct name for himself with his laser focus on quality wines that convey the story of the place the fruit comes from. The Waterhorse Ridge Cabernet is all about expressing the high quality of the grapes and the soils. DonÕt expect overly spiced and concentrated Cabernet with this one. It is a markedly different style from its neighboring Napa that shows the vibrancy of wines coming from this niche coastal appellation.$69.99

Acha ATXA Vino Vermouth Blanco
Acha Blanco has a distinct profile, bringing together fresh floral notes (think honeysuckle and elderflower) with their signature green herbal bitterness. Finishes with a soft Bazooka bubblegum note that is both exciting and familiar. AchaÕs Blanco vermouth is an incredible pairing for bright, citrus-forward gins Ð try it with Suze for a White Negroni Ð as well as blanco tequila, vodka, Luxardo maraschino, Green Chartreuse, fino sherry, and Do Ferreiro Orujo.$22.99
Antica Torino Dry Vermouth di Torino
Dry Vermouth di Torino rediscovers the old tradition of Torino manufacturers macerating ingredients in alcohol and distilling part of the maceration to give longevity and elegance to the final product. The recipe dates back to the 1950s, when the heart of Turin's economy was beating because of the aromatized wine industry. Wormwood, muscat yarrow, sage, thistle, and hyssop are among the ingredients that contribute to an explosion of flowery and herbal notes with a hint of spices. The taste is dry, soft, and warm, persistent with notes of cinnamon, flowers, sage, and almonds. Enjoy it straight on the rocks with an orange zest or blended in a gin or vodka martini.$25.99
Dolin "Rouge" Red Vermouth de Chambery
Dolin's red vermouth has a very long history, punctuated with many prizes and awards. It's unchanged recipe is one of our treasures. This vermouth has a lustrous coppery color, gentle aromas of fruit compote, of prunes and walnuts with grassy notes, tempered by spicy aromas like Szechwan pepper... then aromas of almond, citrus, pear and cinnamon with gingerbread, tobacco, oregano and hyssop notes. This very rich bouquet is tempered by a subtle bitter base wine. 30 to 40 spices and botanicals are used to make Dolin's famous red vermouth: coriander, hyssop, rhubarb and curacao are just some of those in a closely-guarded secret recipe. This French vermouth can be served as an aperitif on ice, a traditional before-dinner drink in France, but can also be a tasty ingredient in many cocktails, such as the famed Negroni or Manhattan.$15.99
Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery
Dolin dry vermouth is made from a unique blend of 15 botanicals and spices that macerate in a specific white wine, Ugni Blanc, like the other Dolin vermouths. Absinthe, brooklime, rose and orange bark are the best-known ones, but you can also taste verbena or yellow genepi. Slightly sweet, this dry vermouth is particularly appreciated by bartenders for its subtlety and elegance. You can of course also enjoy this Dolin dry vermouth as an aperitif, neat or on the rocks.$15.99
Oka Kura Japanese Bermutto Sweet Red Sake Vermouth
A uniquely Japanese interpretation of a classic sweet red vermouth crafted by the Tsutsumi Distillery in the Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan. It is made from a Junmai sake base and fortified with 100% rice-based shochu, before being infused with botanicals such as yomogi (Japanese mugwort), yuzu, kabosu (a high acid citrus fruit), sansho peppercorn, and ume (Japanese green plum), and then sweetened with Okinawan cane sugar. The result is a profile richer and more robust than the drier, flagship Bermutto with aromas of stewed cherry, orange peel, brown sugar, and wood spice. The palate is bright and acidic with the kabosu and yomogi notably dialed up, lending notes of black tea, tart cherry, and citrus zest; the ume is prominent throughout, providing subtle marzipan and oxidized fruit notes similar to umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur).$31.99

Ramos Pinto "RP20" Quinta do Bom Retiro 20 Year Tawny Port
Made from wines of the Quinta de Born Retiro, this is a blend with an average age of 20 years, an adult and sophisticated tawny. Aromas of apricot, almond, walnuts and cocoa with hints of toasted caramel and spices such as cinnamon. Delicious as an aperitif or following an evening meal. It can also accompany chocolate, cheeses, and cream-based desserts or desserts that are not overly sweet. It goes very well with dry fruit and nuts, nut cakes, and Swiss rolls.$109.99
El Maestro Sierra Oloroso Sherry
In 1832, the master carpenter Jos Antonio Sierra founded El Maestro Sierra. As one of the top coopers in the area, Jos Antonio made the barrels for all of the big Sherry houses. After years of making barrels for everyone else, he concluded that he could produce Sherries that were better than what the big Sherry houses were cranking out, so he opened up his own little winery. This little up-start Sherry producer was not welcomed into the world of nobility-owned Sherry houses, so the local gentry did everything they could to stop him. Fortunately, the quality of his sherry prevailed over their efforts, and Jos Antonio Sierra became one of the top Almacenistas (stockholders) of high-quality Sherry. Oloroso Sherry has incredibly complex aromas of hazelnuts and exotic spices. The label pokes fun at Jos Antonio's struggle by depicting an allegorical fox hunt with the nobles hunting El Maestro SierraÕs fox.$23.99
La Cigarrera Manzanilla Fino Sherry
Manzanilla is a style of Fino Sherry from the town of Sanlcar de Barrameda. The unique climate of this town enables a very special flor to grow year-round and create an especially delicate Sherry reminiscent of the ocean. Bodegas La Cigarrera is a Manzanilla producing Almacenista that began aging Sherries in 1758. In 1997 La Cigarrera's ninth-generation cellar master Ignacio Hidalgo decided to estate bottle his Sherries so that he could sell a higher quality wine directly to the market.$17.99Manuel Aragon El Neto Oloroso Sherry

Valdespino "Inocente" Fino Sherry
With its source the great Macharnudo vineyard, Valdespino's Inocente is arguably Jerez's most iconic Fino. The wine's intensity defies description. While other Finos are fermented in tank, Inocente is like the great Finos of the past fermented in barrel with indigenous yeast. It then passes through its solera's ten stages or criaderas (as opposed to the 2-3 criaderas employed for most other finos). The wine at bottling has an average age around 10 years doubling or tripling the aging of most other Finos. As American Sherry authority Peter Liem has written, Inocente is a fino of exceptional complexity, depth and distinction, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is one of the sherry region's greatest wines.$18.99

Nicolucci "Passolo" Vino Bianco da Uve Stramature, 2019
Albana grapes are carefully selected and are left to dry on racks for about two months. After drying, the grapes are fermented and refined in small oak barrels. The wine displays a thick, gold-yellow color that tends toward amber, with persistent aromas of dried fruits, nuts, figs, and apricots. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, leaving a slightly bitter aftertaste. This wine pairs well with fancy cakes, biscuits, and traditional Romagna ciambella. This strikingly dry junmai sake has a mild nose with a light, yet creamy body that finishes clean and smooth. The glass opens with faint aromas of bamboo, grass, limestone, unripened pear, sesame seed, banana, and steamed brown rice. The flavor profile highlights the grassy, woodsy delicacy while the acid foundation supports the soft palate. Milling: 70% Founded in 1920 by Hayashi Eiichi, the multi-award winning Hayashi Honten prides itself on 'remembering the old while embracing the new'. This philosophy guides their sake brewing: they are young, dynamic and hugely innovative yet everything is still done by hand. They honor the old and traditional ways of brewing while constantly striving to produce that 'wow factor' of something new.$35.99

It all began in 1999 when Sophie moved to Mexico, where step by step she started to enter the world of Tequila. It was in 2003 when she started working on her very own project, which would later become Calle 23. Produced and bottled in the area of "Los Altos de Jalisco" (Highlands) in the Central West part of Mexico, Calle 23's goal is to express agave flavors at its best.$63.99

The Fred Jerbis Amaro 16 is produced through just one alcohol infusion, which is an old tradition of the local monks. No colors are added in this low sugar amaro. Aromatics include deeply leafy hints with herbal notes. The palate is balanced and delicate, with deep, round flavors and a pleasant, bitter finish.

John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur
Velvet Falernum's high sugar weight and supporting flavorings make it ideal for use as an improved simple syrup, adding depth to daiquiris, mojitos, and sangria. The creamy texture from almond is critical to many tiki drinks, and the spice notes compliment aged rums in Old-Fashioned-style cocktails. Splash a little Velvet Falernum on some berries for a quick dessert, or incorporate into coffee or iced tea for an exotic touch.$21.99
Matchbook "Ritual Sister" Smoked Pineapple Spirit
Ready to make the best pineapple margarita known to man? Use this artisanal liqueur from Matchbook Distillery to transform your everyday humdrum cocktail into something extraordinary. Whole fire-roasted, smoked and baked pineapples are fermented in evaporated pineapple juice and mineral water, then the nectar is transferred to a tank, mixed with purified water, minerals, and Champagne yeast. Meanwhile, whole pineapples are roasted in a pit for 1-4 days, then covered in the pied de cuve mixture. The pineapples are then crushed and distilled with the solids, allowing natural microbes to shape the spirit's character. There are absolutely no additives used and what you get is a pristine and mind-boggling delicious spirit that can also easily be splashed with some soda water, or real ginger ale.$64.99
