Somewhere between sweet and savory, our croissants provide those flaky, "buttery" layers all rolled up into this classic pastry we all know and love.

We give our classic croissant a pretzel treatment (aka a lye bath, which is how pretzels are traditionally made!) just before baking and top it with French grey sea salt. A little sweet, a little salty, and a little savory!

Sweet on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside, our almond croissants are baked once, filled and topped with house-made almond frangipane, dipped in almonds, baked twice, and garnished with powdered sugar.

Another twice-baked classic! This is made in the same style as our almond croissant, only we use a house-made pecan frangipane inside and on top.
