Our first Private Barrel with Elijah Craig. This Barrel Proof Bourbon is 9 years old and comes in at 127.8pf (63.9%abv). It was aged in Rickhouse 1E on the 3rd Floor. Delicious Carmel bomb that has plenty of cherry and spice on the back to make this a delicious dram.

Happy Medium's first private batch of mezcal from our friends at Cinco Sentidos. This incredible ensemble is a blend of Sierra Negra agave and wild harvested Jabali agave. These agaves were cooked underground for 13 days with oak firewood and plantain, willow and acacia leaves. Only 59 liters made it to the states and it's only available here at Happy Medium and Lou's Deli.

Aged in warehouses constructed by Colonel E.H.Taylor, this is a blend of barrels to create a truly unique bourbon that is then Bottled-In-Bond at 100pf and its one of the favorites of the crew at Happy Medium.

Colonel Taylor was making this style of rye more than 100 years ago and now it's seen a resurgence and is better than ever.

Maker's Marks second release of their super limited Cellar Aged. This years release is a blend of 12 & 13 year old barrels and bottled at 119.3 proof. A must have for the wheated bourbon drinkers.

This 7yr Single Barrel was picked for the upcoming holiday season. Tons of barrel spice and makes a mean old fashioned. Coming in at 111.86pf and its named after the famous line in Home Alone.

Part of the Whiskey Row Series, the 1924 10yr is a delicious whiskey that belongs in any Old Forester fans collection.

Named after our great friend Craig "Pappi" Robinson who always dressed impeccably and rocked boots and bolo ties with pride. This is the 6th barrel pick of Old Forester we've done and again we chose Warehouse H and Floor 8. Must be something to those high floors that we love.
