Note: This Subscription begins Thursday 5/16/24 - select that date upon check out. The four-week Seafood Dinner subscription offers approximately 2 lbs of amazing yet simply prepared seafood dishes once a week, with a two-day Pick-up window on Thursdays and Fridays, for optimal and absolute freshness. It is $40/week for four consecutive weeks featuring fish and a wide variety of other seafood - ready to heat and eat and packed with key ingredients, a recipe from Hugue and preparation instructions available for pick-up at M. On June 2nd at 6pm We invite you to join us for **Qui Jura Boira** is a spirited evening of food and fine wines from this wildly charismatic, captivating and beloved region in the East of France tucked between Switzerland and Burgundy. Ticket includes dinner, wines and hospitality. Sales are final and transferrable. We celebrate the harvests of springtime and the traditions, techniques and symbiotic nature of the foods and the vins of Jura exploring its deep, classical roots and the uniqueness of Jura’s indigenous grapes, the ‘sous voile’ aging phenomenon and the bursting ingredients of its terroir and the dishes that ensue. Mika brings us Crémants, Vin Jaunes and Macvins and more from Tissot, Ganevat, Rolet, Montbourgeau and more. The menu includes: Soufflé au Comté * Écrevisses et pommes de terre Nouvelles sauce au comté * Vadouvan de ris de veau au raisins * Belle volaille au vin jaune et morilles * Flan de babeurre et cerise de terre.
