In 1978, founder Mike Whalen was searching for the perfect signature dessert to complete the Shed menu. Using Aunt Grace’s recipe, his chef created our homemade apple dumpling. Served warm from the oven, it quickly became a Shed classic. Pair it with cinnamon ice cream for the full experience.
