Milkshake IPA - 6.5% ABV - We start with a big hazy IPA hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Citra hops and then add vanilla to accentuate the powerful tropical fruit and citrus notes in a unique way. As thick as a milkshake with intense flavors of pineapple and guava covered in creamsicle, this one will transport you right back to those ice cream shop days.

Vienna Style Lager - 5.5% ABV - A traditional Vienna-style lager brewed with rich German malts showcasing warming notes of honey and toasted barley finishing with a slight bitterness and noble spice from German Hersbrucker hops.

American Adjunct Lager - 4.5% ABV - Lager brewed with 6‑Row Barley, Corn and Rice. The official beer sponsor of the Maplewood Lounge!

We hand selected Blanton's and Buffalo Trace barrels from our cellar, for this 22-month-old blend. Working with our neighbors, Hexe Coffee, we complimented our B & B barrels with the perfect coffee beans. Complex and stunning, this stout is a remarkable expression of barrel, beer and coffee.

A blend of Cuppa aged for 27 months in bourbon barrels. Conditioned on toasted and fresh coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and coffee hand selected from our neighbors, Hexe Coffee. Huge, fruity waves of coconut and vanilla are paired with notes of rich chocolate and coffee, all complimented by complex and complimentary expressions from the barrel.

...it's a Hefe! Notes of clove and banana; effervescent and quenching. German wheat and pilsner malt provide a bready crisp finish. The lighter ABV makes this perfect for hot weather. We encourage you to serve with an orange wedge.

Brown Ale - 5.7% ABV - Full of malty chocolate and toffee flavors, Brownie Points has a creamy body from the addition of flaked oats. Madagascar and Mexican vanilla beans give this Brown Ale a smooth yet bold finish.

American Pale Ale - 6.1% ABV - Generously hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops for fresh citrus aroma and flavors balance with malt.

Vienna Style Lager - 5.5% ABV - A traditional Vienna-style lager brewed with rich German malts showcasing warming notes of honey and toasted barley finishing with a slight bitterness and noble spice from German Hersbrucker hops.

West Coast Corn IPA - 6.5% ABV - Our first collaboration with Barn Town Brewing from Iowa had to be a corn beer, so we decided a juicy west coast IPA would benefit from the nearly 50% corn; resulting in a fluffier body and farm freshness. We use Eclipse, Citra, and Motueka hops in heavy doses throughout the brewing process, so this west coaster has tons of orange, and tangerine peel, with notes of pine and tropical fruit.

This DIPA is brewed with unmalted wheat and flaked oats for a luscious mouthfeel and glowing hazy color. We double dry hopped with Vic Secret and Citra hops resulting in huge tropical notes of pineapple and passionfruit with hints of dank pine. 8% ABV

Oatmeal Milk Stout - 5.9% ABV - With welcoming notes of dark chocolate and coffee, this Oatmeal Milk Stout combines a variety of roasted grains to produce a complex yet mellow flavor. Fat Pug is rounded out with sweetness provided by lactose and is named in honor of our brewer Adam’s pug, Otto.

A West Coast-style IPA brewed with Chinook, Amarillo, and Comet hops. Citrus punch, with notes of apricot, and juicy peach are presented in a golden, crisp, and medium bodied IPA. An everyday beer with major flavor.

Chicago Pilsner - 5.1% ABV - Our favorite Chicago Lager now in 12oz 12pk form!

Dry Hopped Pilsner - 5.1% ABV - This crisp, light-bodied lager is brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt, then dry-hopped with Santiam hops for a hint of floral notes. Together these ingredients create an exceedingly drinkable Pilsner, properly lagered for beer drinkers everywhere.

Winter Lager - 6.8% ABV - A malty and robust Doppelbock Lager brewed with rich malts and noble hops. Expect warming notes of dark fruit and hoppy spice, and a finish with hints of toasted bread and toffee. A perfect beer to pair with a hearty winter meal.

Mixed culture fermentation that spent 10 months conditioning on Bartlett Pears, in one of our American oak foeders. Tart, complex and refreshing, with hints of pear throughout.

Aged for 15 months in an American oak foeder and conditioned on Pinot Noir grapes from the Wilamette Valley, this complex and tart wine hybrid marries styles with highlights of cherries, tobacco, berry jam, citrus peel, and subtle vanilla notes, all balanced with a soft tartness.

Mixed culture fermentation that spent 10 months conditioning on mango, passionfruit, and pineapple in one of our American oak foeders. Tart, complex and refreshing, with complex tropical notes throughout. 5.5%

IPA - 6.3% ABV - Same juice you know and love, but now in 12oz 12pk form!

India Pale Ale - 6.3% ABV - Bursting with notes of tropical fruit, Son of Juice features loads of Mosaic, Simcoe and Nugget hops. Pilsner malt and oats lend to a soft body and touch of haze, making for a juicy, low-bitter IPA.

Helles Lager - 4.5% ABV - A traditional style Helles brewed with high quality heritage malt from Germany and noble hops. A refreshing hint of lemon with malt notes throughout and a crisp, dry finish.

Witbier - 4.5% ABV - Our Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with barley, flaked wheat, malted wheat and to help with it's hazy appearance, unmalted wheat. We spice it with a blend of lemon & Curaçao orange peel and coriander then lightly hop it with Azacca and Amarillo to amplify the citrus character. It's light and complex and extremely refreshing.

12% ABV - Award Winning Spruce Gin added to the classic Iced Tea and Lemonade combination, finished with locally produced orange bitters to balance sweetness and further elevate the citrus notes.

10% ABV - House Rum served as a base for a unique take on a classic rum punch. Orange and pineapple accompany an infusion of hibiscus and a hint of cinnamon to make this a quaffable and fruity delight.

We teamed up with the amazing folks at The Salt Shed to create a cocktail that is delicious and refreshing. We started with our own orange soda sweetened with cane sugar and topped that with house-made vodka and finish with a dash of orange bitters. This cocktail is bright and bubbly and perfect for music with friends!

15% ABV - Wheated Whiskey masterfully blended with ginger, lemon, grapefruit and locally sourced orange bitters. A complex drinking experience with a tart citrus punch that dances off the notes of creamy vanilla, fruit, and oak from the whiskey.

A citrus forward, modern American Gin with bright notes of juicy orange and fresh marmalade. Taking inspiration from our Award-Winning brewery, we finish this gin with an infusion of Mosaic and Citra whole cone hops.

Inspired by the grain bill of our Fat Pug Oatmeal Milk Stout, this unique American malt whiskey is full bodied with rich notes of cocoa powder. You’d swear we add chocolate to this one, but the deep flavor comes entirely from the marriage of the specialty malted barley and barrel.

Fest Whiskey began its lengthy slumber during our annual Festbier brewing season in 2017. The same bottom fermenting lager yeast and grains inspired by Festbier are used. Expect notes of dried fruit, marzipan, caramel and bread crust. Small batch and single barrel, aged for over three years. 45% Alc/Vol

Maplewood High Rye Bourbon is fermented off-grain, which is unique in the bourbon making process; this adds layers of softness and sweetness. Crafted throughout the year in small batches and left to age for a minimum of 2 years, this straight bourbon boasts bold flavors of oak, caramel, brown sugar, and vanilla with hints of cinnamon and leather. Bottled at cask strength.

Distilled from a wash made to highlight the rich flavor of the classic floor malted brewers’ barley, Maris Otter. We pair the Maris Otter with oats to add body and a touch of sweetness. The result is a creamy malt whiskey with wonderful fruit notes.

A smoked American Malt Whiskey that was made with peat and cherrywood smoked malt, and aged in fresh American oak barrels for over 2 years. The soft smokey notes are complex and welcoming, with hints of campfire, black cherry, marzipan, and honey.

Distilled from a blend of neutral spirits and malted barley. A plentiful amount of Colorado spruce tips, rooibos tea, citrus, lavender, and traditional gin botanicals are utilized to evoke deep forest pine notes that blend with bright citrus and meadow-like floral depth.

A blend of high-rye bourbon from MGPI and our American Malt Whiskey, Fat Pug: finished in rare Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels. The result is a bold and complex sipping whiskey. Sweet on the nose with hints of raisin and fig balanced by notes of orange peel and vanilla.

A blend of high-rye bourbon and our Fat Pug American Single Malt Whiskey, finished in Brazilian Amburana barrels. Amburana is a South American wood that imparts vivid notes of nutmeg, vanilla, and cinnamon with softer, more herbaceous and earthy flavors. A very bold and complex whiskey that demands your palette’s attention.

Five year old 95% Rye Whiskey from MGPI finished in domestic Cherry Brandy barrels for over a year. The final product will put a smile on your face; the nose is candied cherry with some chocolate covered notes; big oak and vanilla make their way into the flavor and are complemented by darker black cherry notes. Hints of sweet and spicy rye in the finish makes for a beautifully complex and delicious sipper.

A blend of high-rye bourbon and our Fat Pug American Single Malt Whiskey, finished in rare Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrels. The casks from these elegantly dry wines add wonderful hints of tobacco, and walnuts with noticeable dark fruit, and leather notes. A bold and special whiskey. 100 Proof / 50% ABV

Seven and eight year old Rye Whiskey, finished in rare Spanish Moscatel Sherry barrels. The Moscatel casks added bright floral notes, with wonderful hints of citrus peel and dried apricot. The perfect balance for this spice forward Rye Whiskey. 100 Proof / 50% ABV

A blend of high-rye bourbon from MGPI and our American Malt Whiskey, Fat Pug: finished in XO Cognac barrels. The 20+ year old cognac cask delicately adds notes of citrus fruit, and tobacco, while boldly enhancing the vanilla and caramel character. A complex and special whiskey experience. 100 Proof / 50% ABV

White rum unaged to showcase the true expression of the high quality molasses used. Distilled in small batches to ensure quality, flavor, and body. Notes of crème brûlée, candied stone fruit, and macadamia nuts are found in the purity of this limited rum.

Bitter orange liqueur made with an infusion of bitter and sweet orange peel, with a small addition of cinnamon and clove. Expect flavors of bright orange zest, bitter orange rind, and warming notes of traditional baking spices.

Brambleberry liqueur is infused from a blend of raspberries and blackberries, and sweetened with natural cane sugar. This velvety liqueur has the mouth-watering, jammy flavors of slightly tart berries that finish with a delicate sweetness . This liqueur can brighten up cocktails looking for a bit of complexity or depth.

Chocolate liqueur made with an infusion of select African cacao nibs, husks, and fresh vanilla beans further sweetened using molasses. Expect notes of decadent milk chocolate and a complex dark fruit finish.

Coffee Liqueur made with cold-brew from a blend of beans hand-selected with our friends at Hexe Coffee Co. This liqueur is enhanced with a small infusion of cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and light molasses. Rich notes of fresh ground coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and charred marshmallow.

Our take on the popular digestive, blends 28 carefully curated botanicals. Intense but balanced with big vivid notes of mint, chamomile, and elderflower followed by floral honey-like flavors that are balanced with undertones of bright citrus zest.

Pistachio liqueur made with an infusion of roasted California pistachios, sweetened with pure cane sugar. Expect robust nutty flavors with a delicate finish brought out by the exceptional quality and terroir of the pistachios.
