An exploration of all things hops. Assistant Brewer Dan takes lead with v.4, a Rye IPA w/ Simcoe, Nugget CGX, El Dorado and El Dorado Incognito. Bright citrus and tropical fruit are balanced with nice malty rye spice.

Pilsner and Vienna malts give a biscuity, cracker malt character. Hallertau Tradition and Tettnang provide pleasant, slightly spicy, grassy noble hop flavor. Perfect for summer in the heart of Historic Downtown Libertyville.

8% abv. Our West Coast style double IPA. Citra, Simcoe and Michigan grown Chinook give intense flavor and aroma of citrus, pineapple and dank resin. With a higher ABV yet quaffable, The Pineapple Express will have you feeling like a slice of butter melting on a big ol pile of flapjacks.

A traditional Munich Helles style German lager. Light, malt forward and refreshing. This lager satisfies with flavors of malt, bread, honey, and the slightest herbal notes.

Delicate beechwood smoke malt melds with bread, toast and a hint of caramel sweetness.

Our all day session pale ale. Mosaic and Simcoe hops give flavors of tropical fruit, grapefruit and pine resin balanced with a simple malt character.

By us, for us. The whole crew came together to create our "Shift Beer". This classic cream ale has a light fruitiness from the ale fermentation. Corn adds a light sweet graininess and then lagered for a crisp finish.
