- 4. Diablito Double IPA
DOUBLE IPA / ABV: 8.2% / IBU: 64 Made with 2Row barley, Munich, light caramel malt, and dextrose for a dry finish, this Double IPA is intensely hoppy with a full malt presence to balance out the aggressive hopping. We chose to utilize concentrated hop products such as Warrior extract for clean bitterness with Cryo Azacca and Cryo Columbus with old school classic hops Cascade and Simcoe, with one of the most coveted New Zealand varieties - Riwaka. Because Riwaka is such a low yielding hop, the allure is because it packs such a punch of aggressive aromas of candied orange and citrus with undertones of tropical fruit.
$3.50+ - 5. Me time Lager$3.00+
- 6. Koji cold IPA
ABV: 6.1% IBU: 65 This was a really fun and wild brew! The team from Steeplejack includes a couple former Migration brewers who have also put their fair share of brews through the system at the Shop, we all met up and came up with a recipe that was mostly to be written and done on the fly on brew day, aside from using koji. We picked hops for the brew while we were running off and decided on the dry hop varieties the day we added them! Koji comes through on the back of the palate, there’s a lot going on! Melon, plum, diesel, coconut?!?! This is a complex and delicious brew.

$3.00+ - 10. Straight Outta Portland IPA
WEST COAST IPA / 7.3% ABV / 69 IBU Tropical juicy aromatics and crisp hop finish.
$3.00+ - 11. Chasing Dreams IPA
West Coast IPA / ABV: 6.8% / IBU 44 Characterized by floral, fruity, citrus-like, piney or resinous American-variety hop character, the IPA beer style is all about hop flavor, aroma and bitterness. This has been the most-entered category at the Great American Beer Festival for more than a decade, and is the top-selling craft beer style in supermarkets and liquor stores across the U.S. West Coast IPAs are known for the huge hop aroma bursting with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Their malt character is understated, and they finish dry to let the layered hop flavors and aromas take center stage.
$3.00+ - 12. Chasing dreams$3.50+
- 13. Movebot Pilsner
WEST COAST IPA / ABV: 6.8% / IBU: 50 The Govy 500 is a DAILY race up and down the mountain sponsored by ODOT. The race is revered as one of the slowest races in the PNW, some say it's the slowest in the nation. Each person in the race has a different experience or story on the road. You never know what you will see on the road and we're here to help showcase the conditions of the day. Enjoy a great time at the mountain and hit The Govy 500. Plan ahead and be prepared for all driving conditions. With a super simple malt bill of just 2 Row Malt, this beer is a showcase for contemporary American hops. Leading the way is Azacca in a concentrated pellet form (Cryo) that exhibits bright overripe mango, papaya, and tangerine flavors. To that we blend in some classic Pacific Northwest Cascade and its lemon/lime, grapefruit citrus zest notes. Rounding out the blend is Idaho7, with its aggressive pineapple flavor as well as some dank, pine notes.
$3.50+ - 14. Migration
PNW RED ALE / ABV: 7.1% / IBU: 55 This multi-award winning beer is brewed for your winter adventures on the slopes. This beer has aromas and flavors of caramel, toffee and dark fruit with medium-high bitterness. Assertively hopped to balance the rich malt character. A warming alcohol presence along with mild fruity esters make for the perfect pint.
$3.50+ - 15. Cherry Lime Sour
FRUITED KETTLE SOUR / ABV: 5.8% IBU: 8 A further exploration in fruited style beers, we take a base kettle sour beer and explode it with an abundance of fruit. For this iteration, we were looking for something tropical as spring brings the sun out. As a base flavor, we blended blood orange juice and tangerine juice with mango puree. To create a subtle zing, ginger root was added during the whirlpool.
$3.50+ - 16. Spitfire Red IIPA
ABV: 8.9% Based on the original IPA style that was revived by the American craft brewing movement in the 1980s, the double IPA (also known as “imperial IPA”) seeks to take both alcoholic strength and hop intensity to new levels. The double IPA is a brashly American expression of hop character, and the best of them are bitter, but balance this with dry malt structure and explosive hop aromatics. Almost all are heavily dry hopped, and some have hops added through the brewing process. This version incorporates roasted barley for a vibrant red color.
$3.50+ - 17. Bunny Says Bock
ABV: 6.7% IBU: 20 Built with a simple base of Weyermann Extra Light Pilsner malt, and locally produced Great Western Munich malt, this beer exudes bready, cracker-like maltiness. Hopped with US Tettnang and a newer Indie hop variety from their “Flavor Project”, the sassy new noble , Audacia. US Tettnang hops are a misnomer in the USA, what is generally grown and sold as US Tettnang is not a true Tettnanger at all, but rather the Old English hop Fuggle, they add soft floral and spicy notes. Audacia is a Hersbrucker/Strata hybrid with floral and berry aromas. You should also notice a little bit of warmth from the slightly higher alcohol.
$3.50+ - 18. Saison Devine
This light farmhouse style beer is made with a blend of 2 Row Barley, Pilsner malt, Vienna malt and wheat, farmhouse yeast leaves this brew very dry to give the beer a light refreshing profile, with some phenolic spicy qualities from the yeast. Hallertau Mittelfruh hops give this beer a nice citrus pop that is further complemented by Cara Cara and Navel Orange juice and zest. There should be some pink bubblegum, as well as subtle hints of clove and a little aroma of orange zest.
