Packed to the brim with Nelson, Mosaic, and Citra hops, this majestic double IPA is an artfullyconducted symphony with aromas of lychee, guava, and tropical fruit, and just enough acidity to bring the whole shebang in for a landing with nary a bump. Taste the future again, for the first time.

This spectacle of West Coast IPA wizardry was lavished with massive quantities of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Together, this quartet of lupulin-laden stunners yields a soul-stirring symphony of citrus, stone fruit and tropical character with just enough pleasantly snappy bitterness to really stick the landing. We're pretty psyched about it; we think you might be, too. ABV: 7.2%

9% ABV • 4 x 16oz Cans NOTES: PINEAPPLE, STONE FRUIT, CITRUS DESCRIPTION: Our Anniversary Double IPA is brewed once a year and usually features hops that we are excited about - This year we feature a hazy juice bomb, packed with BRU-1 Hops (Pineapple, Stone Fruits), Citra Incognito (Intense Citrus), HBC 1019, (Experimental Variety, Citrus, Tropical Fruits), and SPECTRUM® Citra Hops, an experimental, 100% hop material liquid that is meant to capture an entire spectrum of hop flavor. This beer is juicy, hazy, super easy to drink, and insanely aromatic.

This magnificent IPA blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with resinous stickiness from a mélange of dank hops. 7.2% ABV

We thought it’d be a pretty good idea to load massive amounts of Strata, Vic Secret, & Amarillo hops into this hazy marvel. Turns out, we were totally right. This singularly delicious IPA is pillowy soft, with resounding notes of ripe, juicy peach and tropical fruit. Prepare to be delighted. 6.5% ABV

Sour Ale with Pineapple and Orange Added 5.7% ABV • 750ML NOTES: CITRUS, SOUR, TROPICAL DESCRIPTION: This refreshing beverage is made from Galactic Filaments (A funky Witbier aged in Oak Puncheons), and allowed to rest on a bed of Pineapple and Orange puree for an extended time. The result is lots of nuanced fruit, citrus, and a nice balance of acidity to make you want another sip.

5.8% ABV • 750ML NOTES: JAMMY, BERRY, SOUR DESCRIPTION: About a year or so ago, we bought 924 lbs of Black Raspberries directly from Decker Farms for a planned one-off Kettle Sour (Gravity Hammer). Through a series of events, we decided to hold off on that brew and were suddenly left with a tremendous amount of amazing, super fresh berries. We decided to rack off a little bit of funky, mixed culture Saison from one of our Foeders (large oak tanks) and just make an insanely over the top funky berry creation. The result is a crimson red beer, pouring almost like a Lambrusco wine. The taste continues into wine territory, with ample tannins and lots of juicy berry jammy notes. Sweet berry wine, indeed.

The sour, salty base beer lays down the refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit & guava turns it into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. 4.8% ABV

We brewed this luscious rendition of Fruitlands with a bountiful melody of fruits, including grape, blackberry, black currant, orange, and lime. The result is brimming with big fruit, a rich berry medley, and citrus aromas. Prepare yourself for zesty tartness and some serious party punch. 4.8% ABV

We aged this version of our highly adaptable Imperial Stout for a glorious 10 months in high quality Sherry Barrels, emerging from its extended stay sporting a delightful complexity with notes of dried fruit, oak and caramel. It’s a singularly luxurious beverage experience that’s best enjoyed in your finest silk robe.

An oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with house-roasted coffee aroma & flavor. 5.8% ABV

Imperial Stout Blend aged in Bourbon Barrels 13.4% ABV • 22oz NOTES: COFFEE, CHOCOLATE, MACADAMIA DESCRIPTION: Chaos Grid is our ongoing Barrel Aged Beer Blend that is never the same; always a new blend of different barrel-aged beer stock. This rendition is Dragon Mask, Infinity Gauntlet, Mega Devil's Teeth, and Modem, all aged for at least 2-3 years. Yeah, some serious oak time on those. The resulting blend is a hulking Bourbon monster. Bourbon always brings a ton of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee notes, so expect those in abundance.

This iteration of our ever evolving blend of imperial stouts was aged in premium Schmillet Barrels for a whopping 26 months, giving it plenty of time to soak up an astoundingly opulent oak character. The result is a lavishly liquid mouthfeel ensconced in rich caramelly bourbon, hints of toffee and chocolate, with a pleasantly intriguing spice on the finish. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Vanilla Added 14.2% ABV • 22oz NOTES: VANILLA, BOURBON, RICH DESCRIPTION: Monsters' Park Vanilla has become a staple of our barrel-aged program – and for a good reason. Alone, Monsters' Park is a Stout's Stout, embodying a deep roast, solid backbone and rich ganache. Couple that with the warm, smooth qualities of premium vanilla beans, and you have nothing less than a certified banger. Aged at least 26 months and up to 3 years in Ethereal Mound and Elias Butte 13-year Bourbon Barrels, the base beer was solid as a rock. But to make this year's rendition even more luxurious, we added 5 varietals of premium Vanilla (Hawaii Laie, Tanzania Kilimanjaro, Indonesia Sumatra, Comoros Grande, and Ugandan). The result is astounding. Huge classic vanilla in the aroma, followed by strong bourbon, dark cherry, and baker’s cocoa notes with a pleasant heat that carries through to the finish.

It’s back! Made for the very first-time last year, this Wheat Wine boasts an exceptionally high proportion of wheat in the grain bill and was aged for an extended time in Bourbon Barrels. The result is a belovedl beverage that is ultra-smooth, with notes of toffee and biscuit, underscored by a nice oak presence. It’s real good.

Black House coffee blend is a mix of a Natural Ethiopia (fruit, berries, brightness) and Sumatra (cocoa, caramel, earth).

This year's summer blend is 50% Tanzania Lyenga, and 50% Ethiopia Chelchele. It's an absolutely magical combo of exceptional washed-process beans, yielding bright, refreshing notes of pink lemonade & dried apricot that couldn't be more perfect for hot weather.

Within the confines of this elegant 12oz can is a coffee of jaw-dropping delectability. Grown in the high-altitude, bean-friendly climes of Colombia's Tolima & Huila regions and roasted by our coffee sorcerers in San Diego, this liquid beacon of caffeinated excellence sashays onto the palate with notes of rich chocolate and red fruit, followed by just enough citrus to really tie the whole thing together. If you're ready to elevate your day to new heights of radness, we'd highly recommend cracking one of these bad boys open post-haste. 12oz Can

NOTES: PLUM - BLACK TEA - BOURBON This already-stellar Burundi coffee was further escalated in radness by our coffee team via a prolonged stay in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels. The end result is a cup with notes of plum, black tea, and a bourbon finish that mingle together in the most glorious of fashions. Prepare to be intensely satisfied.

COFFEE STYLE: Sherry Barrel Aged El Salvador Coffee 8oz Whole Bean Coffee NOTES: TROPICAL FRUIT - CANDIED ORANGE - PORT WINE DESCRIPTION: Prepare your face for a barrage of unrelenting deliciousness of the caffeinated variety. We snagged some seriously outstanding single origin El Salvador El Cascajal beans and barrel-aged them to perfection in Sherry barrels. The post-roast result is a cup brimming with notes of tropical fruit, candied orange, and port wine. Enjoy, friend.

Black House coffee blend is a mix of a Natural Ethiopia (fruit, berries, brightness) and Sumatra (cocoa, caramel, earth). This mocha java-style blend is the same coffee we use in Black House, our year-round oatmeal coffee stout. 12oz of whole bean radness, roasted fresh at our brewery. Recommended preparation method: pour over or cold brew.

This mind-blowingly fantastic blend is an amalgamation of Latin American wunderkinds which converge for one magnificently decadent brew. The resulting cup is medium-bodied, with an extremely chocolate-forward profile complemented by subtler notes of delicious toffee. Should you be looking for a decidedly luscious foot on which to start your day, you’ve found it, friend.

TASTING NOTES: PINEAPPLE - WHITE GRAPE - FRESH STRAWBERRY We feel fairly confident in declaring that year’s summer blend sets a new standard in caffeinated seasonal magic. A masterful intermingling of 50% Washed Ethiopia Kayon Mountain, 25% Washed Rwanda Nyakibanda, and 25% Natural Ethiopia Guracho, this little number is bursting with notes of pineapple, white grape, and fresh strawberry. It makes a ridiculously good cold brew, as well as a stellar pour-over. We’d encourage you to try both. 12oz Bag

This dark, decadent delight sings with roasty notes of bittersweet chocolate, all ensconced in a satisfyingly full-bodied mouthfeel. It’s our take on a classic roast profile, and we’re delighted to be able to share it with you.

NOTES: SUGAR CANE- PINEAPPLE- BRIGHT These single origin beans hail from the family-owned Finca La Esperanza farm in El Salvador. Grown at 1,600 meters above sea level, the coffee is hand-picked only when perfectly ripe before being processed using a natural method. Post-roast, these beans yield a bright cup with pineapple and sugar cane notes. It’s really, really tasty and we can’t wait for you to try it.
