2024 World Beer Cup medal winner! This beer is happiness in a glass. A royal helping of Simcoe, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra. Perfect balance of a big ABV without being cloyingly sweet.

It's Strawbarb! One of the winners of this year's March Madness Beer Bracket. Delicate strawberry aromas and flavors are complemented by a slightly earthy, tart rhubarb. Layered on top of our golden sour base, this refreshing, light tart ale blossoms with summertime flavors.

An old school Munich-style Oktoberfest: deep orange in color from the Munich malts, light spiciness from the German noble hops, and a clean drinkability from the German Lager yeast. Prost!

This delicious, chillable, fizzy red wine comes from 15-year-old Lambrusco Salamino vines planted in sandy clay soils in the rolling hills of Modena. This gorgeous and traditional sparkler soft and easy drinking with plum and red berry fruits and a dry, silky finish. Lip-smackingly delicious, this wine is definitely a more traditional representation of Lambrusco and the only one in the entire lineup that’s 100% Lambrusco Salomino.

Natural wines. Low intervention wines. Grapes that are grown with intention on land that is loved. Taking those grapes and making real wine from them. Not always knowing how that wine will turn out. Striving to do the best we can for us, for you and for the communities that surround us. Pulling corks. Pouring glasses. Making new friends and keeping up with old ones. Finding the porch that’s in our heart and sitting on it for a good, long while.

From the Producer: Cabernet Sauvignon from the Carneros region always maintains a striking freshness and acidity. The Cabernet Franc brings about bright red fruit. The Merlot contributes beautifully to the midpalate. The resulting wine is fresh, with bright juicy berry fruit and a touch of animal and spice characteristic of these Bordeaux-type varieties.

This is a bright, electric mix of Pinot Grigio, Scheurebe, and Auxerrois. No skin contact here — just direct press ferments, done separately for each grape, then aged in a combo of neutral French oak and stainless to keep it clean and light. On the nose: a blast of refreshment with lemon zest and flinty minerality; on the palate: loads of citrus and salt. Preferably served poolside.

Brewed only in the winter, in one of the snowiest places on earth. The abundant snowfall purifies the air by capturing dust particles, while maintaining consistently low temperatures and humidity, creating ideal conditions to control microorganisms even with the ultra-soft water. The aroma is strategic, calm but full in the pursuit of natural harmony. A bit of brewer’s alcohol unlocks potential.

The Murasaki (Purple) label starts with incredibly soft water - basically snow melt from Mt. Fuji lacking any minerals at all. They actually have to use a special Shizuoka yeast 5MT14 for this low mineral environment. The yeast produces pretty grape aromas. The palate is so soft you can taste the water. There’s just a hint of depth from the Okayama grown rice then quite late we notice the elevated acidity which invites intrigue and makes pairings easy. Single pasteurized so best to store cold.

The Daidai (Orange) starts with incredibly soft water - basically snow melt from Mt. Fuji lacking any minerals at all. Heirloom Okayama grown Bizen Omachi provides a subtle umami. It’s less astringent than harder water Omachi sake. The pretty aromas are generated by the Shizuoka yeast CA50 which can ferment even in this low mineral environment. The palate is soft, so soft, then finally nice citrus acidity quite late on the finish. It is single pasteurized so best stored cold.

Full on berry blitz! Our shrub inspired cider spritz is comprised of off-dry cider fermented from Northwest apples, blended with Blackberry, Boysenberry, and a kiss of cider vinegar.

Our Holiday seasonal cider is BACK! A festive libation made with cider fermented from apples grown in Washington, blended with a seasonal punch of crisp cranberry, and a piney citrusy Douglas Fir needle extraction helping you make your holiday spirit a little bit brighter.

Beautiful blush-rosé color, soft and smooth with aromas and fresh fruit flavors of strawberry, peach, cranberry, and a touch of pineapple. Made with 100% Mountain Rose apples grown by Kiyokawa Orchards in Hood River Oregon

Sharp apple cider base blended with a house made Quince extraction. Quince harvested fresh during the last week of October 2023 from farms in Oakville and Chehalis WA. This cider is off-dry with delightful floral aromatics, a slight astringency, and complex fruity flavors of citrus, pineapple, honey and a touch of vanilla.

A light, crisp, refreshing everyday drinking dry cider with a kiss a sweetness. Made with a blend from Washington grown Heirloom and Culinary apples.

Strawberry and Rhubarb commingled with a blend of hard cider from Northwest apples, a touch of sweetness and a shiny bright kiss of apple cider vinegar. A summer seasonal!

Cider macerated on red wine skins to create what Wild Arc is calling Apple + Grape Sparkling Wine. Call it whatever you like, this dry yet fruity delight never lasts long on your shelves. The apples are 100% Northern Spy with the grape skins being Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Gamay skins this vintage from the red wines that'll be released in the autumn. The combination makes for a surprisingly vinous beverage that is more than a colorful cider, really pulling the berry tones of the grapes as well.
