11% abv | Honeycrisp Wine is a sweet apple wine made from 100% Estate Grown Honeycrisp Apples. Reflective of the light flesh and bounding acidity which helped make this apple variety so popular, this wine is sweet without being heavy.

Port-style cider. An apple apertif/digestif from Apple brandy blended with unfiltered juice during the fermentation process. During months of aging, it naturally clarifies to an amber liquid of exquisite character. 19% ABV
