- Ayinger Bavarian Pils
The Bavarian brewers have been masters in their trade for centuries and therefore also brew excellent pils beers. Indeed it was a Bavarian master brewer that brewed the first beer according to the pilsner method in the town of Pilsen! The glimmering, light-yellow Ayinger Bairisch Pils has the fragrance of aromatic hops from the “Hallertau” region of Bavaria (only these are used in the Ayinger beer specialties!). The beer is highly fermented and therefore smooth on the initial taste sensation, but also mild and sparkling in body. Our pils is accentuated by the floweriness of the hops aroma and has a more pronounced bitterness on swallowing, which quickly fades from the taste buds.

A rare example of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc is bright and racy. Full of flavors of zesty citrus, guava and passionfruit with a chalky minerality and a hint of salinity. This wine highlights all the benefits of our cool climate estate vineyard, ideal for growing this vibrant varietal. We like to think of this wine as the perfect combination of Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand and Sancerre – bursting with fruit flavors and balanced with the perfect amount of racy acidity.

The wine has a lovely, fresh bouquet of wild strawberries and floral accents and on the palate it is dry and crisp with overtones of apricots and peaches.
- Zardetto Private Cuvée Brut
Zardetto created a special Cuvée with a blend of Glera, for long-lasting, expressive citrus notes, Chardonnay, for rich body and creamy texture, and Muscat, for fresh floral and grapey aromas. This fine Cuvée manages to be both playful and refined at the same time—sure to please even the most discerning palates. Brilliant straw-yellow in color with a delicate perlage, this sparkler expresses notes of pears, apples and peaches with a hint of wild flowers.
- Gotham Project Riesling
Gotham’s first and signature wine, “The Finger”. From Doyle and Fulkerson Vineyards, prime sites on Seneca Lake. Vinified separately, then blended together to find a perfect balance at about 7.8 grams of acid balanced by approximately 10 grams sugar. This youthful and delicate wine dazzles with its multi-dimensional nose of tangerine, lime, and stone fruit. The lightly sweet palate introduces pomelo and Key lime along with acidity that lights up the wine’s light, zesty and vibrant body with pleasantly lower alcohol. An engaging array of summer flowers scents the back palate and fades into the modest finish.
