5.4% German-style Amber Beer. The classic style of Düsseldorf, Germany, our Altbier pours a deep copper hue and is clean & balanced with notes of walnut, bread crust, & sweet cherry. Brewed with Heirloom Pilsner, Munich & Carafa Malts, Noble Hops and German Ale Yeast.

5% Trappist-inspired Single Ale. This graceful little beer displays an expressive blend of herbal & fruity aromatics, crisp malt character, and a dry, estery finish. A rare style not usually seen outside Belgium (and a staff favorite here), this is our take on the table beers made in Trappist monasteries for the monks' own everyday enjoyment.

Collaboration with Kent Falls Brewing Co. A 4% Belgian-style Blonde Ale brewed with foraged staghorn sumac and raspberry leaves.

5% Dortmunder-style Export Lager. A collaboration with Watson Farmhouse Brewery. Soft rounded texture, gentle malt sweetness, and a minerality that accentuates the herbal hop aromatics. Somewhat like a helles with more hop character, or a maltier pilsner.

10% Imperial Oatmeal Stout conditioned on Cacao Nibs & Vanilla Beans. Luscious silky mouthfeel, rich & thick, sweet but not cloying, intensely flavorful. [12oz cans].

5% German-style Fest Lager. Brewed with heirloom German pilsner malt, Noble hops & Bavarian lager yeast, our Oktoberfest lager pours a rich golden hue with aromas of fresh bread dough & honey-like malt character. Full-bodied & smooth with a little whiff of herbal hops & a clean finish.

4.8% Hefeweizen. A classic take on the Bavarian wheat beer style, brewed with 100% German ingredients and step mashed & decocted following old world techniques. Conditioned in the can for lively carbonation. Characterized by delicious flavors reminiscent of banana, soft wheat, vanilla & clove.

6.5% New England IPA dry-hopped with Citra & Mosaic. Soft & fluffy with notes of tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and bready malt.

5% Hop-forward Pilsner. Dry-hopped with a blend of Noble hops. Crisp, floral, refreshing & lightly herbal. Lagered for 8+ weeks for brilliant clarity & clean flavors without filtration or fining. Originally brewed in collaboration with Walrus Ale + Lager.

4% Hibiscus Witbier. A tart, refreshing, deep pink witbier with a spicy, dry finish. Delicious zesty notes and low-abv make this one a quencher! Pretty much our ideal warm weather beer. Brewed with white wheat & Pilsner malt, hibiscus, coriander & orange peel, Hallertau-Mittelfruh hops & Trappist-origin yeast.

8% New England Double IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Enigma Hops, Pale Malt and Unmalted Wheat. Big Nelson aromas of ripe melon, passionfruit, and Sauvignon blanc dominate, along with pithy citrus and juicy peach from the Citra & Enigma. Wheat lends a full, soft mouthfeel & the finish is clean and not overly sweet.

6% Fall Beer. Our Marzen-inspired beer is brewed with Munich malt & Noble hops, then fermented with our house ale yeast for a unique spin on this classic Oktoberfest style. Pours a rich amber hue with toast & biscuity malt notes, a whiff of herbal bitterness, and gentle fruity aromas.

7.4% NE Double IPA dry-hopped with Galaxy & Mosaic. Lushly fruit-forward hop aromatics with a dank and juicy yet dry finish.

4.5% Gose with Lime Zest & Sea Salt. This kettle-soured German-style ale has zesty lime aromas, a refreshing tart palate, rounded lightly saline mouthfeel, and bready malt finish. The Gose style originated in Lower Saxony and was originally spontaneously fermented. We brewed this beer with a 60/40 ratio of wheat & pilsner malt, inoculated it in the kettle with yogurt-derived souring bacteria, then dosed it after fermentation with freshly peeled lime zest & sea salt.

8.7% NE Double IPA dry-hopped with Citra & Galaxy. Saturated hop aromas, tropical fruit, intensely juicy & dank. Our flagship double IPA.

5.9% Extra Special Bitter. A hearty pub-style ale with notes of fresh biscuit, marmalade, and earthy herbal hops. Brewed with Marris Otter Malt, East Kent Goldings Hops, and our house ale yeast.

6% Oak-aged Cherry Beer. A blend of various wine barrel-aged beers aged on sour cherries harvested in 2022 by our friends at Woodland Farm in Glastonbury, CT. Featherbed is a series of small-batch beers featuring the interplay of whole, ripe local fruit, mixed culture fermentation, and oak barrel-aging.

6% Oak-aged Peach Beer. A blend of various wine barrel-aged beers aged on peaches harvested in 2022 by our friends at Woodland Farm in Glastonbury, CT. Featherbed is a series of small-batch beers featuring the interplay of whole, ripe local fruit, mixed culture fermentation, and oak barrel-aging.

Featherbed is a series of small-batch beers featuring the interplay of whole, ripe local fruit, mixed culture fermentation, and oak barrel-aging.

One 500mL bottle each of Blends 5, 6 & 7.

11% Bourbon Barrel-aged Barleywine. In late 2020 we filled a single Buffalo Trace barrel with that year’s brew of Repeating Trajectories, letting it rest for 17 months before bottling. Added to the rich intense flavors of the base beer are oaky vanilla aromatics, caramel notes and nutty, almost tobacco-like aromas. Serve lightly chilled.

7.1% Trappist-inspired Dubbel Ale. Dark fruit aromatics, spicy yeast esters, dry finish, lively carbonation & proper presentation vis a vis bottle-conditioning. Brewed with Belgian Candi syrup, Pilsner Malt, Trappist-origin yeast & water from our well.

8.5% Trappist-inspired Tripel. We place emphasis on a wide range of yeast-driven aromatics in this strong golden ale. Through many trials we arrived at a point where strong citrus & spicy phenol flavors dance on a bed of soft honey-like malt & gentle herbal hop character. In the Tarot, the Knight of Pentacles represents the determination, diligence & effort necessary to turn a dream into reality.
