Iced V60 highlights the coffee's delicate and complex flavors, especially in lightly roasted beans. Bright acidity and fruity notes are typically more prominent. The Chemex produces a fuller-bodied cup than the V60, though it still results in a clean brew because its thick filter traps oils and fine particles. The Chemex filter is often twice as thick as a V60 filter. Iced Chemex tends to emphasize smoother, more balanced flavors with slightly more body.
