75% Pinot Noir 25% Chardonnay "Special Club" designated Champagnes are the tete de cuvee from the house. Standards for these wines are so high only about 2 dozen producers of 5000 in Champagne can label their wine as such. This 2012 is still fresh and bright with green apples, but creamy and luxe.

This Rose of 100% Barbera is near and dear to us because it is made by our very own wine director, Sally Kim. Located in Redwood Valley, Mendocino, the Barbera from Testa Vineyard is 80+ years old, head-trained, and dry-farmed, and transitioning to organic farming. It's crispy, fresh with bracing acidity and bright notes of strawberry, peach, and salinity.

Les Larmes is French for "the tears" and was created after Littorai's famed One Acre vineyard had to be ripped up and re-planted in 2005 due to phylloxera. Indeed, a sad moment for Littorai. Les Larmes started with the young vine fruit from the replanted vineyard and today is magnificent, elegant, yet structured.
