Golden Ale || 5% ABV || 15 IBUs || Trail Runner Golden Ale is our easy drinker! A perfect sipper to refresh after a run around Brushy Creek, a bike ride down Parmer Lane, a morning full of yard work, or a long day at the office. This crisp session ale is brewed to be subtly complex and incredibly approachable. We use a blend of German Pilsner and American Two Row Barley with a dash of light crystal malt to give Trail Runner a crisp yet malty finish. A dash of zesty and citrusy American finishing hops round out the palate.

Hefeweizen || 5.4% ABV || 10 IBUs || It's wondrous, the delicate and delicious balance of spicy and fruity esters in Wonder Boy Hefeweizen. This smooth, rich yet refreshing ale is our Texas twist on a favorite style. Soft white wheat, bready Vienna malt, and crisp Pilsner malt build the backbone, but our unique German yeast does the heavy lifting. Prosit!

IPA || 7% ABV || 75 IBUs || Brewed dry, Hap Slappy has a crisp malty finish and balanced by an extremely palatable 75 IBUs from a burst of late kettle hops. Utilizing the unique characteristics of northwest American hops, Hap Slappy achieves a citrusy, piney, and earthy balance. We finish this beer with whole leaf hops after the boil in a pressurized hop back system to give Hap Slappy IPA a nose and flavor unlike the rest.

Mexican Amber Lager || 4.9% ABV || 16 IBUs || Cuerno Rojo is a smooth Mexican style Vienna lager packed full of flaked maize and Vienna malt and fermented with a yeast strain from one of Mexico’s predominant breweries. Smooth and toasty, yet light enough to drink all year round. Pair Cuerno Rojo with food or drink it on its own. It's never a bad time to reach for a Cuerno! Salud!

Coffee Stout || 4.7% ABV || 30 IBUs || Our house specialty brew unites our two in house features, fresh roasted coffee and great craft beer. Brewed with six specialty malts, cold brew AND fresh ground coffee. House United Stout is a rich, complex beer with a subtle sweetness and a big coffee nose and finish.

Hazy IPA || 7 % ABV || 45 IBUs || This beer is saddled on a blanket of two row, white wheat malt, and rolled oats. With a huge aroma of citrus and blueberries, it also saturates and mends in other flavors from the dry hop that roundup giant notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and stone fruit like the collage of a Texas sunset to go along with the full-bodied, hazy experience. Yee-%#*!ing-haw!

Mexican-Style Pale Lager || 4.5% ABV || 10 IBUs || Some out of towners say that the one thing they dislike about Texas is that we don’t have seasons. Well, we kind of like that about our state. That’s why we brewed up Todo el Día Mexican Lager.

Mexican Style Lager w/Lime || ABV 4.5% || Some out of towners say that the one thing they dislike about Texas is that we don’t have seasons. Well, we kind of like that about our state. That’s why we brewed up Todo el Día Mexican Lager. Todo el Día is a beer brewed to drink all day, every day, all year. Crisp Pilsner malt with rustic flaked maize leads to a crispy start with a smooth finish. With or without a lime, this cerveza is just what a Texan needs any day of the year. ¡Salud! This batch was made with added lime.

Cold IPA || 5.8% ABV || 59 IBUs || This beer was built with 2row & pilsner malt, with additions of flaked rice and corn thrown into the mix. We let it ferment with lager yeast at lager temperatures. After fermentation, we dry hopped it with Citra Cryo, Chinook, and Simcoe! (Some of my favorite hops). The result is a bright golden beer, with a massive aroma of resin, pine, and dank. The flavor profile consists of Orange, Lemon Peel, and slight Watermelon with a bone dry backend. And that's the Bottom Line! Cause I say so.

Hazy Session IPA || 5% ABV || 12 IBU || Vibrant and groovy as a tie-dye tee. This beer is a colorful blend of Cashmere, Nelson Sauvin, and @yakimachief HBC586 hops, swirling together to create a medley of juicy citrus and tropical bliss. Its golden haze is like a psychedelic kaleidoscope in a glass, making each sip a mellow, hoppy journey. Hippie Camouflage is here to take your taste buds on a far-out ride; smooth, refreshing, and effortlessly cool. Embrace the flavor, and let your palate dance in its own tie-dye Sunshine Daydream.

Golden Stout || 6.7% ABV || 14 IBU || We teamed up with Obsidian to bring you all a Golden Stout. A Golden Stout is a style that uses a ton of protein heavy malt that is full bodied, while using adjuncts to replicate tasting notes to a traditional stout. This beer was built on 2 row and pilsner malt as the base, layered with some really fun malts. The body was beefed up with a nice variation of oats including: Malted, Rolled, and Honey Malted. Just the perfect combination for what I'm calling a 'Summer Coffee Beer, that can be enjoyed in the afternoon, or for dessert. After the beer was done fermenting, we conditioned it on: (3)#s per/BBL of Cacao Nibs, (2)#s per/BBL of Coffee, and a total of 2.5#s of Vanilla Beans for the batch for 24 hours. The result is a well rounded beer that is gold-ish yellow. Aroma consists of chocolate and vanilla, just like a mocha. Flavor is jam packed with coffee, fresh shaved vanilla ice cream, graham crackers, and milk chocolate.

Tequila Barrel Aged Stout || 14.9% ABV || 41 IBUs || Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans, Habaneros, Lactose, Cinnamon It's time to welcome back a fan favorite, for the best time of the year in Texas! This portioned batch of Suburban Ninja was brewed in 2023. After fermentation, it was sent to freshly dumped Tequila barrels, acquired from Jalisco, Mexico for 12 months. It then conditioned 100% real ingredients, including Cacao Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon, Pepper Mash made from Habaneros, and Lactose. The result? A full bodied beer, with an insane aroma of spice, chocolate, and slight agave. Perfectly balanced where pepper enhance the cinnamon notes, followed by a smooth silky chocolate sweet finish.

Single Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout || 13.7% ABV || 41 IBUs || It's back! This version of Suburban Ninja was brewed in 2023, and then moved to Treaty Oak Bourbon barrels after fermentation for 12 months. This was the best tasting barrel out of the 4 we acquired last year, so we felt like letting it shine without adding any adjuncts. The tasting notes we laid out when we were barrel sampling were already pungent with notes of vanilla, maple, and honey.

Selected for its superior flavor and balance, we are putting our best barrel forward. This bottle contains a small portion of the best individual barrel from our 2022 batch of Suburban Ninja, Aged for 11 months in a freshly dumped Rye Whiskey Barrel. Decadent tones of cinnamon, maple, coconut and vanilla meld together to a finish of balanced tannin and alcohol. We selected this barrel for its unique balance between beer, wood, and spirit. No adjuncts were used to allow the natural flavors from the process of aging to properly displaced. Store in a cool, dark place. this beer is delicious fresh or further bottle aged for years to come.

Scotch Barrel Aged Doppelbock || ABV 9.4% || This bottle is our limited release of Scotch Barrel Aged 2023 Austinator Doppelbock. A select portion of this brew was aged for 11 months in a Speyside Scotch barrel, infusing it with an intriguing layer of complexity. This rich and balanced beer delivers warmth and comfort with every sip, perfect for the colder months. The aging process elevated the Austinator's quality and enriched its flavor profile. Expect to savor delightful notes of dark fruits, figs, and subtle smoke, complemented by hints of molasses.

Dry Cider || 7.5% ABV Texas Keeper's No. 1 is their flagship cider built in the old tradition of blending different apples to create a more complex cider. For this year's, we fermented 8 apple varieties individually and blended to craft a balanced dry cider. Aged on lees for 3 months, No.1 has notes of ripe pear, raspberry, melon, citrus, with a crisp green apple finish. Enjoy!
