Barmann Cellars' estate pinot noir. The vines were first planted in 1989, making them some of the oldest pinot noir vines in Whatcom County. They are comprised of two distinct clones: Pommard: a classic Burgundian clone Wädenswil: a Swiss Alpine clone Stephanie harvested all of the fruit in this wine by hand. 2022 vintage. Mixed-culture fermentation. It was aged in oak for 1 year. About 10 ppm sulfites were added at bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. 750 mL bottle.

A Perry was made from a co-ferment of Barmann Cellars Asian pears, Cloud Mountain Farm Center Asian pears, and Cloud Mountain Farm Center Fox grapes—2023 vintage. Spontaneous fermentation from the indigenous yeasts is naturally present on the fruit. No sulfites are added at any point of production. Unrefined and unfiltered. 500 mL bottle. This is an active Perry, so be sure bottles are nice and cold when you pop them!
