Pecorino, Ciù Ciù
Unknown local favorite, with its delicate minerality and wonderful mouthwatering acidity. This is fleshy wine has great balance, grown the hills of the southern Marche region near the Adriatic sea
Falanghina, Terre Stregate

Insolia & Cataratto, Salina Bianco
This dry, sensational, wonderfully perfumed white wine is from the tiny, picturesque Isle of Salina, which lies in the Ionian Sea between Sicily & Italy’s southern tip. Ideal with our style of foods, as it has such a persistent finish…

Carricante, Calabretta
This is an ancient varietal that has been growing on the slopes of Mt. Etna for thousands of years. The volcanic soils have given this wine great vibrant acidity, finish with well balanced citrus notes

Grillo, Mosaikon
This west coastal wine from Marsala is really delicious with its briny texture, it has elevated acidity due to its close proximity to the Mediterranean sea

Vernaccia Di San Gimignano, Crocus, Riserva
From the Tuscan hillside, this age worthy white has great texture and weight, it smells of acacia flowers and wild honey, you’re going to love it

Riesling, Kruger Rumpf

Bourgogne Blanc
Classic chardonnay at its purest, mineral driven, rich on the palate; this is a great food wine

Sauvignon Blanc, Mount Riley

White Grenache
This is a great find. The wine has a vibrant acidity, minerality, and a touch of creaminess on the finish. Talk about brilliant!

Sauvignon Blanc, Merry Edwards
This is a great find, although Merry is typically known for her prowess with pinot noir. This is about as close as you can get to the real thing. Great acidity with wonderful balance on the palate. Talk about brilliant!
Red Wine Bottles

Ca'Emo, La Montecchia
Ancient volcanic soils situated south of Venice, adds a nice smokey dimension to this well-rounded Bordeaux transplant. Balanced and food friendly, you can’t go wrong
Chianti Classico, Le Fonti
Vicky Schmitt owner and wine maker, makes a fabulously approachable fruit driven example, the tannins aren’t too aggressive and really round out this foodie wine

Freisa
Sangiovese Grosso is the grape that needs a little bottle age. This is a lovely delicate interpretation of this wonderful varietal, as it’s well rounded and ready to drink right now. It’s the perfect choice for our food

Bordeaux Blend, Dell’ Ornellaia
Great addition from a world famous house, it’s juicy, full bodied yet with silky tanins, this has a little more Merlot added to this particular bottling
Verduno Pelaverga, Burlotto

Gattinara, Anzivino
Made from the same Nebbiolo grape as Barolo & Barbaresco...this is from a neighboring province up in the mountains of Alto Piemonte. This rustic, earth driven red wine is really well rounded due to a couple of years in oak barriques. It’s definitely a food wine that works especially well with our heartier dishes.

Barbaresco, Piazzo
If barolo is the KING, then barbaresco is definitely the QUEEN, This is a wonderful elegant yet bold expression of this grape which will heighten our food like no other wine

Lacrima di Morro D’Alba, Orgiolo
This earthy, spicy, delicious floral red comes from the almost extinct Lacrima grape. You will either love it or hate it! It’s an absolute must as it works so well with our food

This is how Zinfandel tastes when its made correctly. The juice is well balanced and compliments the food rather than over power it. Small family estate of 6 acres and just 750 case production annually

Syrah, Falcone
Husband and wife team, tiny production hands on operation, I strongly recommend you try this delicious example coming out of Paso Robles located on some limestone that adds great character to this wine

Pinot Noir, Tilth
I love Russian River pinots. This bright and fresh pinot finds its way from a small production husband and wife team. They have created a rich expression with plenty of spice to round it out.

Pinot Noir, Merry Edwards
This wine making phenomenon has been around for a while now, with 40 harvests and counting. You'll enjoy this wonderfully perfumed delicious pinot, which really stood out to us thanks to its acidity and balance.
