Another classic around here! We slice up our own bologna and grill it up, slap it on some toasted bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, & cheese if you want it. It's a southern classic that's been around longer than any of us can remember.

We took two of the best sandwiches and made one better sandwich! A BLT with some fried bologna on it!

Almost all restaurants buy their potato salad out of a carton, but that doesn't fly here. We came up with this recipe after weeks of going back and forth between mayo based and a mustard base. We found the perfect balance! Let us know what you think!

If you have to ask what Grippo's are then you are not from around here! All of us here were raised on these things. A potato chip that qualifies at comfort food. They are thin cut chips with some heat and some sweet. That's how we eat most things.

We use the largest potato available for these things. There is 40 potatoes in a 50 pound box. You do the math! We serve them anyway you want them.

Okra in these mountains goes back way before any of us was born. We fry ours and give you our house ranch to dip them in!

A local icon! Everyone that grew up around southeast Kentucky was raised with these potato chips in their house. Lots of folks put them directly on their sandwiches, and they aren't wrong for doing it either. Our favorite way to eat them is with Fried Bologna! They are 100% naturally Gluten Free too.
