ABV 5.36% A hybrid pale ale. Left unfiltered and unfined brewed with a neutral yeast. Plenty of wheat hoped with Centennial and Cascade. Dry hop with Galaxy. Soft lime, mangosteen, and Riesling grape character.

6.88% ABV A bright classic west coast IPA. Muscat grapes, whisps of dank diesel buds, soft creamy mangosteen, lemongrass. Hops include German Solero, and New Zealand Nelson and Motueka.

American Blonde Ale 4.98% ABV Easy drinking, like summer in a glass. Soft wheaty body and deceptively full and dry. Notes of meringue, lime zest, and a touch of marzipan.

Hefeweizen- -Brewed with North American pilsner malt and malted wheat. -German hefeweizen yeast produces banana esters and slight clove with a pleasant creaminess 6.05%

A little light, dry summertime porter. Flavors of chocolate sheet cake, dry cherry, coffee milkshake. Unique in its almost total lack of the typical bitterness from heavily roasted grain. 5.2% abv

5.26% abv Flavors of honey and dark german bread from the premium German and Czech malts. Finishes dry and light with a slight bitterness that makes it easy to drink a few. Say goodbye to summer in style.

4.98% abv Bright green chlorophyll/ cactus notes from the German hops which include: Tettnang, Mittelfrueh, and Saphir. Slightly more complex, and extra soft malt expression, like soft white wonderbread.

6.28% ABV Fermented with an impressive new strain of yeast from Berkeley Yeast labs in the east bay. They modified an already juicy hazy strain that can modify existing flavors in malt and hops into big fruity compounds. Massive overripe passionfruit, guava, strawberry, banana, apricot, orange flavors and smells. Like a big tropical smoothie. Hops are: Cascade, and Sabro.

5.1% ABV Lots of Mango goodness. Brewed to be extra sweet to balance the tartness. Made with Mango and a little Lime. Very low carbonation increases the juicy, creamy body. Left unfiltered and unfined.

Dry Hopped with Sabro, Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra. Juicy, tropical, citrusy, and resinous 6.7ABV 20IBU

100% pilsner malt very dry, nice minerality, very clean and crisp 4.98% abv

Hand-crafted on a tropical hillside surrounded by fruit trees and rose bushes in the village of Santa Maria Albarradas. Agave: Wild Tobalá. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of fruit & florals, palate of mango, cinnamon & bright salinity with a long, creamy finish. ABV 48.

Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of green papaya, tarragon and banana leaf. Palate of tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Long, clean, dry finish.
