We started with New York State rye and corn and then aged this spirit for 6 years in new open-air-seasoned Canton Spirit white oak barrels with a #4 char. The long-aged spirit's easy finish, with notes of dark fruits, black pepper, worn leather, and old books, is perfect for a Manhattan.

Toasted Bourbon is double barreled for a richly aromatic and nuanced expression of our award winning Straight Bourbon Whiskey. First, aged in new charred oak, then finished in toasted oak barrels.
