Talulla- Cambridge 377 Walden Street

This is a wonderful sparkling wine made in the Champagne method from the Cava region just outside Barcelona Spain. The blend is that of classic cava grapes; Macabeo, Xerel-lo and Parellada. It is light and crisp with beautiful stonefruit aromas that carry to the palate.

A small-production white wine from the Piedmont from one of our favorite growers, Valfaccenda. A blend of mostly Cortese with a bit of Arneis. High mineral, medium acid, very textural and versatile with our food.

Full bodied blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris fermented on the skins 5 weeks. Not quite rosé or orange wine, with medium acidity and minerality. Enjoy with cheese, poultry, or pork.

Our first exclusive wine co-produced with Loop de Loop, a lovely winemaker from the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. Inspired by the bistro wines of the Loire Valley. This is a lightly red-fruited and unfiltered blend of Pinot Noir and Cab Franc.

Full, bold blend of Barbera and Freisa grapes from the Piedmont appellation. Dark fruit with lively acid, and spice and floral complexity.

A crisp American Lager with Maine-sourced Pilsner malts and malted American-grown corn. Delicious, crushable, and effervescent; the sparkling prosecco of beers.
