Guests will be treated to a tour of our Vineyard, Winery Production Facility, curated tastings of our estate-grown and foraged wine and beer, and locally sourced foods prepared by Chef Nick Crosby of Woodstock Sustainable Kitchen. The menu will be German-inspired and will include vegetarian options. You will learn insights into the grape growing and wine-making processes from Vineyard Manager, Fraser Davis, Cellar Master, Matt Schwab, and Winemaker/Owner, Nikki Auger.
