The Dortmunder was a lager made for the 19th-century German industrial workers. The beer was known to have high sulfates because of the Dortmund water so Nick tried to imitate this with salt additions. This makes the hop flavor a bit sharper and more pronounced. The body of this brew has a touch more richness and maltier notes than your standard pilsner! This fuller body lager includes a blend of traditional German Malts: Pilsner, Vienna and Munich-- and it's hopped with 100% Hallertau Mittelfruh. You will not want to miss this unique brew. 5.8% ABV, 20 IBU's

Born around 1990, Black IPAs have since laid dormant… until now. The name of this new brew is derived from the original French word "revenir," meaning to return from the dead or a long absence. Using a pale malt base with a touch of Iowa-grown rye malts, plus a blend of specialty dark malts, we have brought back to life a brew that was once a viral craze during the craft beer revolution. Featuring Warrior, Chinook, Cascade, and El Dorado hops, this one rings in at 82 IBUs. The roasted malts combined with the bitterness of the hops create the perfect balance! 7.3% ABV 82 IBU's

Dry-hopped with copious amounts of Motueka and Mosaic hops, this New England-style IPA is bursting at the seams with tropical fruit flavors. This classic oatmeal stout is in honor of our amazing Uncle Bob who we have never seen drink anything except Beer Light.... until he drank this and loved it.
