An American cross-over style where classic Pale Ale meets American Wheat Ale. A healthy portion of wheat malt for bready cracker notes and a slight touch of Vienna for depth. Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops have been used to their fullest potential to impart a piney, citrusy, grapefruit hop flavor. Like your neighbors pint-sized mutt, it has a little bite but is irresistibly approachable!

This wonderful American Pale Ale showcases the Belma hop whose aromas and flavors highlight bright tropical fruit and slight dank/ new world hop notes you'd expect from a big IPA. The restrained bitterness let's the malt shine through making this beer well balanced, drinkable and thirst quenching. 5.5% ABV

This favorited Baltic Porter is BACK and has been patiently aging for three months in one of our fermenters. It's certainly worth the wait, the lager yeast gets out of the way and you will notice a smooth roasted chocolate flavor profile. Be careful with this one, it will sneak up on you! You may need grandma (Babushka in Russian) to nurse you back to health!

Uber Thick and bursting at the seams, this imperial Stout resenates with chocolate fudge and deep caramel flavors. Our biggest mash yet! 800lbs of grain utilized in a double mash technique to squeeze all we can out. 5 hours this beauty boiled to make even more thick. Then we went crazy and rested it in a Rye Bourbon barrel from Cedar Ridge and the Result is a Monster of a beer that is most certainly a sipper. 13% ABV

This Kettle Sour contains 2.5 pounds of blueberry puree per barrel of beer and is perfectly spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. The end result is a perfectly balanced Kettle Sour-- not too sweet and not too sour! *Contains lactose. 5% ABV

This Blonde Ale starts with a classic two row pale malt and a dash of Vienna. The exclusive Cascade hops impart both a mild fruity and slight hoppy character. Blood Orange Berliner Weisse. A light Sweet Citrus twist to an already Crushable Sour base. Light wheat malt character brings a bready/cracker backbone that we think paired with the Blood Orange is reminiscent of the perfect Sunset.

Dandy Shandy is made with 2/3 TrALEblazer/Bobcat and 1/3 Tropicana lemonade. It's a refreshing Summer alternative! ~ 4% ABV, ~9 IBU's

The "Doo Ron Ron" is a Textile original concoction! We mix 2/3 of our American ale (TrALEblazer/Bobcat) + 1/3 of our flagship NEIPA, Seam Ripper, to make a light beer with JUST the right amount of hoppy zip for a IPA newbie! Named after our beloved father-in-law, Ron, who asked for it - and then named it - when Textile was still a dream we brewed up in the basement of our home. Approximately: 5.8% ABV, 20 IBU's

If I said this beer was delicious, would you hold it against me?! Go ahead, you be the judge! That’s what she said…well what our brewmaster said! ;) This double IPA presents a combination of the traditional hops Bravo and Comet AND modern hops Belma and an experimental variety that very few breweries have even started to use! The hops Belma and YQH 1320 (experimental) contribute fruit and berry aromas while the classic hops offer the resinous and dank backbone. Hence, our brewed version on a Double Entendre! 8.8% ABV

This Light American Lager is made with a base of pale and pilsner malt, along with a small portion of flaked rice to lighten the body. Fermentation and conditioning are a low and slow process to get its clean and refreshing taste. Like the beautiful town of Dyersville, this beer is clean, refreshing, and approachable... a beer worthy of its name! 4.2% ABV, 11 IBU's

We are proud to serve this Pumpkin Ale with a collaboration of local partners. Freshly harvested pumpkins and squash grown locally near Dubuque (thank you Emily and Christopher from Stone Hollow) give this an extra special Autumn flavor. Brew and Brew of Dyersville provided us with some of their excellent cold brewed coffee. This brew is then finished with a custom spice blend to help us enjoy our favorite fall flavors during these cool Autumn afternoons. 6.4% ABV

This brew includes copious amounts of graham cracker in an appropriately soured beer with freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest and a dash of cinnamon. Close your eyes and you will think you're having a slice of pie in a glass. You'll definitely want to come back for another slice"!

This Vienna-style Lager is as beautiful as its namesake town, just five miles north of Dyersville. The stunning amber color and clean, crisp flavor profile have us looking forward to a pint with some of our very good friends to the north! Fun fact: from 1891-1907, New Vienna housed its very own brewery, "New Vienna Brewing Company," inspiring this artwork. From a 1906 ad: "New Vienna Brewing Co., Malsters, Brewsters, Bottlers of Fine Lager Beer, Made from Iowa Barley Malt and Finest Domestic and Imported Hops." 5.3% ABV

It's only fitting in this old pajama factory we create a beer combining fruity hops, tons of oats, and pleasantly sweet cinnamon sugar cereal to bring you Pajama Party! This batch contains no lactose. 7.5%

This milkshake IPA combines pineapple, vanilla and cinnamon to create a beer that resembles pineapple upside down cake or Dole Whip from DisneyWorld. **Contains Lactose

English Pub Ale. Amber In color with a complex blend of malts creating a hearty backbone to pair up with a trio of noble hops, with an American Twist. German Northern Brewer, East Kent Goldings and Williamette create a hop character of woodsy, earthy, and slight floral that brings forth enough Bitterness to balance this light but Ridiculously good brew. 4.6% ABV 35 IBU

Raspberry Gypsy Wheat, Bold yet inviting, the Decidedly Tart and fruity raspberry dominates the base of this wheat ale. A Full, crisp and lip smacking refreshing beer. 5.3% ABV

This Red Pale Ale has earthy and woodsy pine hop notes that spring forth with a fruity background thanks to steady additions of Nugget, Chinook and Cascade Hops. Just the right amount of bitterness lingers in the back of this “forest” of a beer. Subdued maltiness and flavorful English ale yeast adds in for an interesting twist to this American Classic style. 7.3% ABV

Dry-hopped with copious amounts of Motueka and Mosaic hops, this New England-style IPA is bursting at the seams with tropical fruit flavors. A generous addition of rolled oats give this beer its traditional haze and soft mouthfeel. 6.4 % ABV

This Irish Red Ale is smooth and easy going, just like our friend "Snuggy." We start with an English Pale malt base and a pair of Crystal malts to build complexity. A dash of roasted barley adds color and pays homage to the Irish brewing tradition. East Kent Golding hop additions add the finishing touch to this classic Irish Red Ale. Slainte! 5.6% ABV

This classic oatmeal stout is in honor of our amazing Uncle Bob who we have never seen drink anything except Beer Light.... until he drank this and loved it. It was Uncle Bob who jokingly added the "Saint" part, but we couldn't agree more. This is a creamy, smooth, lightly-roasted with no lingering bitterness) American stout. 5.7 % ABV 26 IBU's

Our Cherry hard cider mixes the rich flavors of tart cherries with the mildly sweet background of hard apple cider. Just enough cherry to think summer, just enough hard apple cider to keep it interesting glass after glass.
