Blackened Salmon Tacos
Fresh atlantic salmon is seasoned with salt & pepper mix as well as our chipotle spice blend and then pan seared to create a crust on the fish. The salmon is served in flour tortillas and topped with serrano slaw, mango-pineapple salsa, and chipotle mayo.

Shrimp Aguachile
Our shrimp aguachile consists of lime juice cured shrimp tossed in a cucumber-avocado sauce and topped with a red pepper-tomato relish. We serve this aguachile with a plate of tostadas so the guest can build the tostadas at the table.

Queso Fundido Stuffed Peppers
Our queso fundido is a mix of Oaxacan cheese and Monterey jack cheese folded together with caramelized onions and stuffed inside of roasted anaheim peppers. The cheese is melted in a hot oven and the peppers are served atop our red taco sauce and then topped with pickled fresno chiles. This dish is served with grilled corn or flour tortillas to eat with the cheese stuffed peppers.
