7% ABV, A West Coast IPA built around the aroma and flavor of hops that have undoubtedly progressed the style into what it is today. With a clean fermentation lent by California Ale yeast, the tropical blast of Mosaic, deep tangerine of Citra, and passionfruit dankness of Simcoe all come into harmony that you can smell from several feet away.

8.5% ABV, A Hazy Double IPA is one of our most ambitious Southern Hemisphere hop showcases to date. It features eight different lots of five different hop varieties sourced from four different growers. Together, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Waimea, NZ Cascade and Manalita deliver an immersive tropical diesel and sweet fruit experience that borders on overwhelming. And that is just the nose. Once all of those hop oils light off in your mouth, there is nothing left to do but hold on tight and let the blur of spicy passionfruit, mango creamsicles, pineapple infused Sauv Blanc, sticky flower, and fresh squeezed orange juice pin you to your sea. A beer dry hopped with nearly 426 lbs of hops (see what we did there) shouldn’t be this easy to drink, but trust us- this hard charging elephant is made of pure velvet.

11.8% ABV, Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blend is freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year (or more!) in both first and second use whiskey casks

8% ABV, Followers of the keto diet may have heard of ‘bulletproof’ coffee, or coffee with an energy sustaining addition of coconut oil (most often butter though). We thought it would be deliciously fun, and hilariously ironic, to make a beer (100% NOT keto) with Sightglass coffee and organic toasted coconut. The result is a creamy beverage that has rich notes of mocha chip ice cream and german chocolate cake.

5.7% ABV, I got a fever and the only prescription is more cowbell and more Riwaka. This fresh track is a dynamite pale ale that will have you exploring the space. Made with 100 percent New Zealand Riwaka hops this pale ale has all the tropical notes to give you a smash hit.

5% ABV, A brand new beer that fills the need for that crisp and flavorful, pleasantly aromatic lite beer. Brewed with pilsner malt and judiciously dry hopped with Galaxy, Galaxy Lite is a modern tasting crushable beverage meant for big, thirst quenching fizzy sips. Lighter than a pale ale, Galaxy Lite is more like a pilsner with a bit more citrus and fruit.

7.1% ABV. We love New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. It is by far our favorite hop. No other hop has such a wide range of aromas and flavors so it’s perfect for a single hop beer like this. For the latest batch we used three different lots of 2021 crop year Nelson from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand to achieve a potent Nelson infused IPA.

7% ABV, Nectaron Overdrive was brewed with one thing in mind… bringing on the tropical fruit! Nectaron has quickly become one of our favorite new hop varieties, boasting intense pineapple, nectarine and melon characteristics. While Nectaron is the star of the show, we layered in smaller amounts of Simcoe and NZ Cascade to bring on some nice grapefruit, spice, lime and overall depth of flavor.

9% ABV, This authentic Trappist Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

7% ABV, Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance.

8% ABV, Golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast.

6.4% ABV, This beer is inspired by the Belgian native peoples of Roman times, the Eburones led by Ambiorix who fought Julius Cesar with original unseen and effective battle strategies. This Belgian blond uses a clean malt profile, mildly estery Belgian yeast strain and a tropical citrusy hop from New Zealand, Motueka. This is bound to break some boundaries, clean with a hint of Belgian yeast with a lovely subtle tropical hop character that is carried by a smooth easy drinking body. It will be hard not to like this brew, independent of which kind of beer drinker you are. Willamette and Motueka hop

5.2% ABV, Looking for something light and refreshing? You can't go wrong with a Pilsner or "Pintje" in Flemish. Loved all over the world, we present you our own interpretation of this classic style with malty flavors and a fresh noble hop aroma.

This signature session saison is brewed with a blend of Meyer's lemon peel and California Bay laurel. These local flavors are perfectly presented in this authentic Belgian style, providing a highly refreshing beer good for any occasion!

6.8% ABV, Featured Hops:CTZ, Citra and Mosaic – We loaded this IPA with some of our favorite hops: Citra and Mosaic. The piney aroma is followed by floral and citrus notes with a smooth finish. It’s packed with hops for all the hop-heads out there who can’t get enough!

5.2% ABV, Like the complexity of a well-roasted single-origin coffee, this stout brings it all. Spiciness from the peppercorn, citrus and herbal notes from the cardamom, the roastiness you expect in a stout, and softness and palatability that only milk sugar can bring. A new take on an underrepresented style, it drinks almost like a chai latte (without the caffeine!).

6.2% ABV, Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months

6% ABV, All stouts are dark and mysterious, but the VBDCK brewers deepen its typical roasted flavours even further by lightly hopping the brew or adding coffee or chocolate during the brewing process for a sweet-mocha touch

8% ABV, West coast double IPA with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado & Amarillo hops. 8% abv chalked full of a grapefruit zest, tropical fruits and pine.

5.5% ABV, Just A Little High (in Towelie's voice) is a crisp and lightly danky West Coast Pils that crushes hard with that rad PNW hop profile. The aroma brings notes of cannabis along with some berry and citrus. You'll also find those flavors on the pallet along with some pine and light stonefruit, tropical (mango/pineapple), and herbal qualities. It's dry and easy drinking with some killer hop flavor!

8% ABV, Chaos & Caffeine, our Imperial Milk Porter with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Vertigo Coffee Beans. The coffee that was selected with the help of their roaster extraordinaire, Ryan Morris, was their Mission Blend. His notes on the coffee - "Dark Chocolate and roasted almond mellowed by a zesty citrus and honey sweetness. The Mission blend features coffees from Latin America consistently, currently 100% from the region of Chimaltenango in Guatemala. Classic, durable, dependable, yet full of nuances like its namesake Mission San Juan Bautista, the anchor of our small town and community". We're huge fans of Ryan's coffee and are stoked with what it did to our beer. The base recipe came from a beer we brewed with a few of our homebrewing buddies

8% ABV, Radiate combines the delicious tropical flavors of guava with juicy boysenberry and blueberry. We've also added some vanilla, marshmallow, and lactose that gives the beer a candied edge with a touch of sweetness that is balanced out with the bright tartness of the beer.

This mix is in a class of its own – combining the great taste of Paulaner Hefe-Weizen with natural effervescent lemonade in a non-alcoholic alternative for refreshingly fruity yet malty taste. The citrus notes of lime, orange, and lemon match the wheat beer perfectly and provide a uniquely balanced taste experience.

5.6% ABV, Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries

8.5% ABV, The natural aromas of the peach extracts mingle well with the hoppy-bitterness of the Scaldis Amber. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.

7.5% ABV, Very hazy and nice golden color with a thick mousse-like head. The New Zealand hops (Waimea, Southern Cross, and Kohatu) give intense notes of tropical fruit, lime, citrus, and hints of tangerine and bubblegum

6.8% ABV, Relax [it’s just a hazy IPA] embraces the new way to enjoy IPA - unfiltered, fresh and full of hop flavor and aromatics... without the bitterness to stand in the way of kicking back with a juicy beer. It features a combination of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, imparting fruity, tropical and citrusy notes to complement the round, soft mouthfeel of a hazy IPA.

7.9% ABV, Paulaner Salvator, with its strong, typically malty flavour, is what you could call the "original" Paulaner. The bottom-fermented "Doppelbock" beer combines the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Paulaner monks used to drink Salvator as a food substitute during Lent. The most famous master brewer was Frater Barnabas.

Petrus Aged Pale has won multiple gold medals in international beer competitions. Moreover, ever since the start of the brewery, Petrus Aged Pale is used as a blending beer to give other beers fresh and slightly sour flavours and aromas. Cheers!
