DDH HopHands (Lemondrop) 4pk
We have given HopHands a fresh DDH treatment with bodacious Lemondrop. Brewed with malted oats and hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo, then secondarily dry hopped with Lemondrop. Hazy, juicy, and eminently crushable. Our precious pale ale, now even more precious. 5.5% Notes of hand peeled clementines, Lemon Haze, and a carton of Orange Drink.

DDH Refreshing (Citra) is our ultra refreshing Lemondrop, Citra and Galaxy Double IPA, now double dry hopped with even more juicy Citra. Brewed with a grist of two row barley and flaked rice, and fermented with our expressive house Ale yeast. Dry hopped with plenty of the freshest Galaxy, Citra, and Lemondrop, then secondarily hit with a generous splash of Citra We find this beer Refreshing. Eternal Summer Witbier. Brewed with a touch of 2-row and oat and a boatload more than a touch of white wheat and hopped (and dry-hopped) delicately with New Zealand Cascade. Sunmer was then conditioned on hills of mandarin and lemon puree before getting dosed with a bit of chamomile. Sunmer is the perfect soft and wheaty sipper for the perpetual end of eternal summer. 6.5% - Notes of sorghum muffins, orange bubblegum and lemon coulis.

An ultra-fresh batch of TDH Punge (Riwaka) has just hit the fridge. Brewed with an abundance of oats and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped, per usual, with bright and pungent Motueka and Nelson Sauvin then gratuitously yet judiciously blasted with a second and third dry hop composed of juicy and tropical Riwaka. 8.6% Notes of sweet peach bubble gum, agave nectar and pineapple fruit pops fresh from the icebox.

Brewed with mountains of fresh milled Pilsner, Munich and Vienna and hopped lightly with German Perle and Hallertau Blanc, this easy drinking Vienna Lager is the perfect crusher for those sweaty last days of summer or those crisp first days of Autumn. 4.9% Notes of sweet strawberry scones, biscuit dough and honey drizzled overnight oats.

Introducing Trendler Weizenbock! When the fearless leader of our fermentation team was asked what he’d brew if could brew anything, without missing a beat he said “Weizenbock”. The killer recipe he had in his back pocket has now become Trendler Weizenbock, an experimental take on a classic style. Trendler Weizenbock was brewed with white, Cara Crystal and Midnight wheats in addition to Pilsner, acidulated and chocolate malts and hopped very lightly with German Saaz and fermented in stainless our Magickal saison yeast. Trendler Weizenbock is a bold departure for our usually traditional line of Trendler ales and lagers, but we certainly think it’s a trip worth taking! Notes of chocolate covered banana, smoky chicory and crushed red grape.

Blotter Philosopher
Blotter Philosopher was brewed at our humble BrewCafe. Composed with a grist of domestic Pilsner malt, and a portion of local raw barley from our friend Ned at Two Particular Acres. Hopped lightly with Motueka ans Saaz. Fermented in two separate wine puncheons with two separate cultures. Blended prior to bottling and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation.

Jack Lodge Lager
Brewed in January 2023, Jean and Jack set out to create a simple lager to christen the Wax Lodge. 100% Pilsner malt, fermented outside at our dispensary and moved into oak. Lagered for four months in green glass. Give it a spin. Notes of lemon Italian soda, elderflower and agua fresca. 5% abv.
Kazoo
A Fruited Saison with mango, lime and vanilla. Brewed in June 2022 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Kazoo was then conditioned on fresh lime, mango, luscious Madagascar vanilla beans and double dry hopped with Motueka and Mosaic. Bottled in December 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Bold, sour and unmistakably tropical; a perfect fruity summer crusher! Notes of flipped upside down mango water ice, frozen pina colada and vanilla soft serve. 6.5% abv.

Pinot Gris 2019
2019 Pinot Gris is a new wine made with specially selected Pinot Gris grapes from Johan Vineyards in the Williamette Valley of Oregon. This vintage was de-stemmed and processed at our Dispensary and slowly fermented for many moons before bottling and subsequent conditioning in October of 2022. Notes of black pepper, macerated raspberries and cherry cobbler. 13.2%

Pinot Noir 2020
Composed entirely of Demeter Certified Biodynamic Pinot Noir from the 2020 harvest, grown by Johan Vineyards in the Willamette Valley of Oregon (Van Duzer Corridor AVA). Lightly crushed and fermented only with native yeast in stainless steel. No filtering or fining was used in production, along with minimal sulfur additions. This wine is a simple expression of excellent fruit. Notes of dark cherry forest, tart strawberry and ripe raspberry. 12.5% abv.

A variant of our beloved stout aged in Red Wine barrels and bottled conditioned.
Road Above A Green Chasm
Dry-hopped Amphora-Aged Saison - 6.66% - Brewed in February 2022 and primary fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Aged in our Amphora ceramic tanks for three months and generously dry-hopped with Enigma. Bottled in 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Notes of the funkiest pineapple cocktail you ever had, mineral water, and pamplemousse gelato.
Songs From a Barn: Barleywine
Brewed in the early Winter of 2020. Cooled in the night air of our handmade copper koelschip, situated in a beautiful barn in Chester County. Fermented and matured in a first use egg shaped American oak foeder for 36 months. Bottled in late winter of 2022. Notes of toffee, burnt brown sugar, and Crème Caramel. 11% abv
Songs From a Barn: Sponcitwit
Brewed in late Spring 2019. Composed of 50% domestic raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Further conditioned atop fresh pomelo, grapefruit and oranges. Bottled in 2021. Notes of candied orange peel, tepache and star fruit. 6.5% abv.
Songs From a Barn: Spontaneous Songs Fall 2017-2019 Blend
A blend of Spontaneous Songs brewed between 2017 and 2019. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip, situated in a beautiful barn in Chester County, PA. Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly empty wine puncheons for a sum total of four years. Bottled in 2020. Notes of horse blanket, pear cider and green, green grape. 7% abv.
Songs From a Barn: Spontaneous Songs Peach 2019
Brewed in the early Winter of 2019. Cooled in the night air of our handmade copper koelschip, situated in a beautiful barn in Chester County, PA. Entirely spontaneously fermented and aged in freshly emptied wine puncheons for one year. I then transferred this blend into two new puncheons containing a combined total of one ton of local yellow peaches. Bottled in 2022. Notes of fruit filled gummi peach rings, soft grape must and Peach Melba. 7% abv.
Songs From a Barn: Sponwit
Brewed in the late Spring of 2019. Composed of 50% raw white wheat. Cooled in the night air in our handmade copper koelschip atop chamomile, oranges and grapefruit. Co-fermented with a classic witbier yeast and native Chester County flora. Fermented in French oak puncheons for roughly two years. Bottled in 2021. Notes of dandelion greens, orange lollipop with bubblegum in it and kiwiberry. 6.5% abv.
