Blueberries are in season, and they’re all over this pizza! The BLUEBERRY BONNET begins with our blueberry pepper sauce, made with fresh blueberries, scotch-bonnet peppers and bbq sauce for that sweet heat, followed by mozzarella cheese, our honey-calabrese sausage and more fresh blueberries. After the oven, we finish it with feta cheese, thin shreds of salami, and a smattering of arugula. Who knew the blueberry could be so mysterious and complex! ;)
