**Berliner Weisse with Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry & Cranberry - 4.0% abv** Brewed with a luscious blend of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and cranberries, this edition pours a gorgeous ruby red. Massive jammy aromatics abound, offering mouthwatering notes of raspberry sorbet, blackberry preserves, and strawberry candies with bouncy acidity from the addition of cranberries. Finishing medium-bodied and slightly sweet with a refreshing tartness.

**Berliner Weisse with Raspberry - 7% abv** For Twice the Daily Serving, we've amplified the mouthfeel, fruit addition, and ABV to achieve our most expressive and luscious fruit beer to date. Brewed with an outlandish amount of raspberries, this beer pours a gorgeous deep ruby red color. Lively aromas of homemade jam, juicy raspberry, and mixed berry fruit leather delight the palate. It finishes full-bodied, slightly sweet, and remarkably drinkable.

**Hard Seltzer with Lime - 4% abv** Fresh is best, and nothing compares to the zesty refreshing flavor of real lime. Tart in the best way, with a clean, crisp finish. What's not to love?

**Pale Lager with American Noble Citra Hops - 4.2% abv** A simple and clean malt structure consisting mostly of Valley 2-Row Pilsner Malt contributes a biscuity, cereal grain undertone. The use of American Noble Citra and locally-grown Crystal hops from Four Star Farms layer aromas of orange citrus, ripe summer melon, and grapefruit rind. Beautifully bright straw yellow, with a pillowy white head, Compass is light-bodied, with scrubby carbonation and a highly refreshing finish. **LIMIT (6) 4-PACKS PER PERSON**

**Helles Lager - 5% ABV** Pouring a beautifully striking bright gold color with a creamy white head, Central Artery displays a wonderfully vibrant nose balancing malty aromas of freshly baked, flour dusted rolls and lightly toasted barley with a gentle noble hop profile of dried wildflowers. Cleanly fermented, the palate follows the nose closely with pleasantly sweet notes of kneaded biscuit dough and bread crust. Refreshing and quenchable with a light rounded body, fully reserved level of bitterness and soft, drying finish, Central Artery proudly honors this classic Bavarian style as the signature house lager of our own beer garden.

**Pilsner - 4.7% abv** Our traditional Pilsner is the result of a continued, iterative focus on lager brewing. This fine-tuned, German-influenced recipe features classic lager yeast, a grain bill of primarily Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, plus Hallertau Magnum and Saaz hops and extended lagering in our horizontal tanks.Pilsner pours a glimmering straw color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of whole grain bread crust and a touch of satisfying malt character hit the nose. These flavors follow on the palate, with a balanced sweetness and subtle, noble hop bite. A crisp finish keeps this medium bodied beer refreshing and easy to drink.

**Lager Aged in Oak Foeders - 5.5%** Foeder Lager pours a glimmering straw color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of whole grain biscuity bread crust and a touch of satisfying malt character hit the nose. **IPA with Citra & El Dorado Hops - 7% abv** El Dorado, Citra, and Columbus hops create an aromatic blast of juicy mango, pineapple, and lemon candies. Pineapple, sweet orange and pink grapefruit flesh follow on a medium bodied palate that finishes with a soft, mild to moderate bitterness.

**IPA with Peacharine Hops - 7.2% abv**

**Double IPA with Raw Wildflower Honey - 8.5% abv** Juicy, candied peach and nectarine up front backed up with a nuanced white wine on the nose that continues straight through in the flavor profile. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish.

**IPA With Galaxy Hops - 7.2% abv** Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.

**Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale with Strata & Citra Hops - 6.8% abv** DDH Trailside is the amped-up version of the original with a double dose of Citra & Strata in the dry hop. Pouring a hazy, golden yellow, DDH Trailside is a fine-tuned take on the classic citrus-meets-tropical Trillium profile. Keeping an eye toward new possibilities with Strata, while retaining the core elements of what works best in Citra, the aroma is a stunning display of smile-inducing hop saturation. Fresh-peeled clementine, tangelo, and candied Meyer lemon notes are complemented by overripe pineapple, mango nectar, and fuzzy peach. Its juice-forward, no doubt; but an underlying ruby red grapefruit bitterness keeps us reaching back for more. Characteristically soft and palate-coating, we hope you enjoy DDH Trailside while exploring the beauty of Blue Hills and beyond.

**American Stout with Cold Brew Coffee & Coconut - 9% abv** Coconut PM Dawn presents a dark chestnut brown color with khaki head and lacing. Bold, freshly roasted dark coffee aromas swirl to the nose accented by notes of sweet shredded coconut, toasted graham cracker, caramel and chocolate chips. On the palate, cold brew derived flavors of roasted hazelnut and melted dark chocolate interweave with a bright coconut profile calling to mind macaroons, Mounds bars, and Caribbean sugar cake. As with all of our PM Dawn variants, Coconut PM Dawn offers a medium to heavy body with a luscious mouthfeel and a light bitterness for a balanced and smooth finish.

**Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Coconut, Cacao, Vanilla & Milk Sugar - 12% abv** Barrel-Aged German Chocolate Cake Doughnut pours a thick, pitch black with an espresso-colored foam cap. The aroma is rich and layered, offering confectionery notes of creamy chocolate, thick vanilla frosting, and toasted coconut upfront. As the glass warms, the beer's complexity is unveiled, with oak, sweet bourbon, and brownie batter contributing secondary tones.
