Riesling Spätlese - 'Speyer' Hermann Ludes - Mosel Germany
This is a Spätlese for people who always say, “I don’t really drink Spätlese.” You might well now. Not familiar with Spätlese? This is 8% ABV and on the sweeter side. Brisk and polished mid-palate of high-toned citrus and stone fruit, a vivid and perfumed florality and such great minerality. This is an energetic, lifted, curvy and structured wine you can drink with a main course.
Chenin Blanc - Domaine des Baumard - Savennierres, Loire Valley FR
A dry Chenin Blanc! Savennières is a tiny region located on the northern banks of the Loire River. Enthralling. The piercing minerality offset by a deep ripeness, the distinct flavors of stone fruits, spices and honeyed notes.
Bryn Mawr Vineyards - Willamette Valley, Oregon

Gran Moraine - Yamhill-Carlton, Oregon

‘The Gardener’ - Anderson Valley, California
Winemaker Notes: "Our Sonoma County pinot noir is a composed of some of our favorite barrels from Carneros, the Sonoma Coast and the Russian River Valley. Specifically, we look for bright, red fruit notes and silky texture. This barrel selection results in a specially crafted, very fruity, and imminently gulpable pinot noir."

Blend: Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah Bright violet in the glass, the 2020 8 Years in the Desert is a blissful bold red. Notes of brambly raspberry juice and blueberry preserves with a hint of white pepper.
Red Blend - Shannon Ridge '13 Rams' Lake County, California
‘13 Rams’ is a luscious California Petite Sirah blend that excites both the nose and the palate. The fruit forward aromas of blackberries, cherries, and strawberries are complimented with subtle chocolate and spice undertones. The soft approach of matured tannins contributes a weight your mouth can appreciate.
Old World Reds - European Selection
Blaufrankish - ‘Roots’ Kobal, Slovania
Tasting Notes: Blaufrankisch is a dark ruby-colored wine with an aroma which resembles overripened blackberries, chocolate, black mulberries and dried plums. The harmony of fruity aromas is nicely rounded up with wood characteristics both in scent and in flavor, with a moderately long velvet finish.
