Bonfire Nights - Rauchbier Lager (5.3% abv) Bonfire Nights is a traditional German-style lager that showcases malts dried over an open fire. Rauchbiers can range from mildly smoky with just a small addition of smoked malts to a campfire in a glass. Bonfire Nights is definitely the latter and uses over 1,000 lbs. of beechwood-smoked malts to make a beautifully amber-colored lager that offers a truly distinct drinking experience. We recommend pairing this one with your favorite cigar, a bratwurst, or even a s'mores-inspired dessert.

Oktoberfest - German Style Marzen Lager (5.8% abv) This German style marzen lager features flavorful Vienna and Munich malts blended together in a decoction mash to produce a beer rich in toasted bread notes. An extended lagering phase and a touch of spicy German hops round the beer into form.

Punch Card #3 - English Style Brown Ale (4.8%) At 4.8%, this brew pours a rich dark brown with a dense tan head. Its malt-forward flavor boasts notes of caramel and toffee, and is balanced by a nice chocolate bitterness and light floral hoppiness. Using the porter base to “cold brew” with Rival Bros Coffee Roasters coffee adds bold aromatics and flavor. Sweet toffee and malty flavors with a toasty profile lend to intense cocoa and bitter dark-roasted coffee flavors as well. Light carbonation provides a nice smooth body.

Clocked Out- Double India Pale Ale (8.8% abv) We get that sometimes you just want to sit down, enjoy a beer, and clock out for a bit. We created this brew with that in mind! Pouring a clear and bright, deep golden hue with a bright white head. The heavy usage of New Zealand Nectaron hops produce refreshing, tropical notes. Gushing with flavors of bright citrus, pineapple, tropical punch, peach, and passionfruit. Finishes with a light bitterness, reminiscent of "old school" DIPAs, making this brew a perfect enhancement to the "clocked out" vibe.

Doppelbock - German Style Lager (8.3% abv) Presenting a deep coffee color in the glass, with slight ruby-colored highlights, this Doppelbock's aroma is robust and well-rounded. Initial notes of toffee and caramel are followed by roasted characters and rich malt flavors, reminiscent of a light toast. A full mouthfeel with subtle sweetness offsets the gentle bitterness for an ideal fall/winter slow-sipper that is supremely satisfying.
