Featuring blackened Gulf fish & shrimp, fresh cilantro, and a moqueca sauce with peri peri sauce folded in... "What's Moqueca sauce?!" you ask. It's a Brazilian coconut-milk & bell pepper fish stew that we thickened to become a sauce-like consistency then folded peri peri sauce into (what's that?!?!). Peri peri sauce is a tangy, fiery, citrusy, garlicy sauce with Thai chilies that originated in Mozambique. Try it, it's incredible.
