Hand-cut, twice cooked French fries in Canola oil that are cooked golden brown to perfection. Tossed in a healthy amount of Cajun Seasoning (Spicy!) Served on a small oval plate. Unless otherwise noted, our fries are standardly cooked in our Gluten Free safe fryer (which dedicates nothing will go in there that has gluten) as to make sure that the fries are always gluten free to reduce any cross contamination or mix up during plating. Gigantic Sweet Potatoes from Sea Islands (off the coast of South Carolina & Georgia) where the Gullah people originated cooking with Sweet Pots. Zingerman’s is known to some as the “Pimento Cheese Capital of the Midwest”. This delicious cheese style spread got its start in the early 20th century by mixing great cheese with “Pimiento” peppers from Spain. We use Cabot Vermont Cheddar, mixed with Hellman’s mayonnaise and chopped red peppers. Served as an appetizer with hand cut celery stuck in it. Upsell add to a burger, sandwich or chili ff.($). “A gluten free bread that actually tastes good!” exclaims one of our regulars. This tasty, moist bread, from Zingerman’s Bakehouse. Made with water, eggs, potato starch, rice flour, organic brown rice flour, honey, olive oil, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, buckwheat flour, yeast, sea salt, xanthan gum flour, and cider vinegar. While prepared in an environment that contains gluten, the utmost care is taken to keep this product gluten free. (Contains Egg and Nightshades).
