We make brown butter in-house and turn it into a beautiful gelato. Then we mix in homemade, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. The result is one of our most sought after fabrics ever.

We use 9 pounds of pistachios in every batch and then blend into a smooth paste which gets turned into a creamy gelato. Once the gelato is prepared with add in more crushed, roasted pistachios.

Honey + Blueberry - We use wildflower honey to create a sweet gelato base & then swirl it with our in-house made blueberry jam.

We use 2 pounds of espresso in every batch and combine it with Cognac and mascarpone to create the gelato base. Then we make a gluten-free sponge cake that gets soaked in coffee syrup and topped with cocoa powder before being added to the gelato.

We use cocoa from Brazil that is put through a special Dutch-process that reduces the natural acidity of the cocoa resulting in a rich, creamy gelato, reminiscent of brownie batter.

Espresso + Cold Brew - We use Seven Seas Roasting Company’s Signature Espresso Blend, which includes coffee from Brazil, Guatemala, and Ethiopia to make this rich, coffee-centric gelato base. We use the whole espresso beans and blend them to allow the flavor to fully infuse into the milk for 36 hours. We then brew more espresso using course grounds and combine with the cold brew.

This vegan gelato is reminiscent of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. It's made with a chocolate base, roasted hazelnut pieces, and homemade hazelnut praline folded in.

The key to this flavor is our tres leches cake. We make a fresh sponge cake and soak it overnight in sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. That gets mixed into the gelato with chunks of firmer sponge cake to give two types of textures. Completely gluten free.

Refreshing sorbet, made with 19 lbs of mango and 8 lbs of passion fruit per batch, offering the perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors.
