Spritzy is our brand of Hard Seltzer that isn’t meant to be complicated, but it does politely separate itself from the unremarkable flavors of mass marketed seltzer. Our focus is to create refreshing profiles that use ZERO extracts or “natural” flavorings, instead using 100% real fruit & spices. This version was conditioned on thousands of pounds of blackberries and key limes to yield a jammy and zesty ride for your palate. Spritzy: Blackberry Limeade is made with gluten-free ingredients! 5.7%

Whether you're craving something crisp and easy-drinking or a beer with delicate nuance, Precision Helles is the perfect choice. Crafted with simplicity in mind, we use only Weyermann Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, and our preferred lager yeast strain—allowing us to focus on process details with precision. This beer was put through a very cool fermentation process and extended lagering period that allowed for natural carbonation. 5.1% ABV

Is this my beautiful pale ale? Hopped with Nelson, Mosaic, Strata and Simcoe to create a pungent, but easy drinking beer. This brew will fill all of your West Coast needs with a clear appearance, citrus and piney dank aroma and a crisp hoppy bite. 5.7%

Brace yourself for a full-on juice explosion! Juice Krusher is a hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Shred Beer Co., delivering a powerful wave of tropical and citrusy intensity. Hopped with a killer combo of Krush T90, Citra T90, Citra Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin T90, this beer drips with bright orange zest, ripe mango, white grape, and a punch of passionfruit. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel and just the right amount of bitterness make this crusher smooth yet dangerously drinkable. Sip, savor, and let the Juice Krusher take you for a ride! 7.0%

West Coast IPA might be down, but it’s not out! One Foot in the Grave brings together Nelson, Centennial and HBC 586 hops to create an aromatic brew redolent of cannabis, lemon Warheads and mountain valley pine forest. The flavor is layered with tangy hop oils and Campari like citrus bitterness. No guessing here; you’ll know you’re drinking an aggressive IPA from sip number one! 6.3%

When Amy and Zack from Shred Beer Co. started talking to us about brewing a hoppy collaboration we knew we weren’t about to shy away from using some hard hitting hops. Macrodose goes big and bold, flexing some extremely dank hops. Up front we added some Columbus Cryo right at the start of fermentation to thoroughly infuse the piney, tangy marijuana notes. Then we highly dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and some of the most amazing New Zealand Nectaron we have ever smelled. So sit back, breathe easy and get ready for the Macrodose to kick in. 8.2%

Are you ready for the final frontier? An exploration into the hoppiest of the hoppy. Triple Mt. Nelson pushes you to your limits. This beer will take you on a journey through time, space and flavor. We utilized 2 different lots of Nelson that we personally selected from samples flown to us by Freestyle Farms in New Zealand. We believe this is the consummate Nelson experience with loads of dieselly sauvignon blanc and passionfruit aromas and mouth-coating gooey pine sap flavors. 10%

This is a big chewy Porter that focuses on quality malts. This luscious brew has the nose and flavor intensity of an imperial stout but comes in at a reasonable ABV. Best Fiends contains no adjuncts yet is packed with aromas of freshly baked chocolate croissant, graham cracker, cigar tobacco, high percentage cacao, and malted milk ball. 8%

We’re having a little fun for our 11th birthday with our first ever adjunct barleywine release. After blending together 24 month bourbon and rye barrel aged munichwine with 18 month bourbon aged barleywine, we roasted up 400 lbs of pecans and infused them into the blend. That’s 2 lbs of pecans per gallon! Our talented brewers then added a pound per barrel of Madagascar vanilla bean and a touch of cinnamon to create a boozy liquid pecan roll! You will be entranced by the patisserie aromas of pain au chocolat, pecan pie filling and Little Debbie’s pantry followed by decadent flavors of pecan morning buns, caramel drizzled french toast and bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. 14.8% (contains pecans roasted in peanut oil)

Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut. As always, it is ridiculous! 16.5%

The 2024 vintage is a masterful blend of five components, marrying 60% single oak-aged Barleywine with 20% Double Oak Aged Barleywine and 20% Double Oak Aged Munichwine. Enticing aromas of Tawny Port, cherry cordial, Tahitian vanilla, bourbon-soaked dates, and chinotto draw you in. Each sip delivers rich, layered flavors of maple sugar, crème brûlée, fig, cinnamon-raisin pumpernickel French toast, and a warm bourbon finish. 16.4%

Bellatrix is a blend of golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with a stunning amount of blackberries. Fermented with a collection of various yeast and bacteria, Bellatrix conjures an aura of freshly picked blackberries and luscious berry preserves with a twist of lemon acidity. 6.3%

Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler. 7%

Cherries paired with golden sour beers stand the test of time, which is one reason why we wanted to blend Stone Age Love, our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with tart cherries. With 84 pounds of tart cherries per oak barrel, Stone Age Love radiates with flavors found in summer stone fruits. This sour showcases notes of fresh-picked cherries, juicy peaches, and tart plums with hints of melon. 7.2%

Blurred is a series of beer/wine hybrids that combines techniques and processes from the winemaking world with mixed fermentation practices from the sour beer world. Blurred Rose utilizes whole cluster grapes from our friends at Heringer Estates in Northern California, that we crushed and destemmed in-house. A blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes were utilized in tandem to produce aromas of tart cherry, blackberry and strawberrry, while the mixed fermentation beer provides a soft canvas of mellow asian pear and citrus. 10.1%

Turning wine country into cider country, one apple at a time! A blend of Gravenstein, Golden Delicious, GoldRush, Pink Pearl, Muscat de Bernay and Nehou apples. Sources: Vulture Hill Orchard, Pearl Girl Orchard, Lost Orchard, and Fireball Farm estate orchard, all Sonoma County, all organically grown. Fermented with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Lively, lemony zesty, herbacious, notes of golden apple, honey- comb, stone fruit, cacao nib, chicory flower. 60 cases produced. 8.5%

One of our foodshed ferments, now in a can! Feral blackberries handpicked from the perimeter of our farm and wild native elderberries we foraged from near the Russian River macerated on organic dry-farmed Jonathan juice from Meyer Farming, Sebastopol. Our love letter to the bounty of Sonoma County, with notes of earthy tartness, layered with notes of bramble, dark berry, and wild herbs. 8.5%

Fresh, tropical, semi-dry cider infused with Brazilian pink guava just before final packaging. We think it pairs well with tiny paper umbrellas and your favorite Hawaiian mixtape. 6.3%

Wild-fermented blend of Sonoma County organic dry-farmed apples: Gravensteins, Golden Delicious, and Rome from Sebastopol’s Vulture Hill Orchard, Nehou and Muscat de Bernay from Murray Ranch, Sonoma Mountain. Vibrant, just a touch semidry, with a plush tannic structure and notes of cherry, apricot, lemongrass, and orchard floor. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Just a touch for a funky-fresh, fruit-forward cider experience. 8.5%

A buoyant blend of two pomes and one grape. Pineapple quince, Jonathan apples, and Carignan grapes. Native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. All fruit organic and dry-farmed. Pineapple quince: Solana Gold, Sebastopol. Jonathan: Meyer Farming, Sebastopol. Carignan: Trimble Vineyard, Mendocino County. Racy, zingy, lithe. 9%

Our 2021 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing.

Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

Our Syrah is grown at 2700 feet elevation in Mendocino. Fermented with 50% whole cluster in new oak. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, star anise, cigar box and subtle smoke. This Syrah delivers massive flavor from one of our favorite grape growing regions in California. Mendocino County, CA 14.2%
