"Shaconage" our latest release , is a homage to the Cherokee name for the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia-the second stop on our barrel's journey to Texas. The barrel began it's journey in Spain,where it was used to age sherry, it was then employed by a Virginia-based distiller. The result is a delightful and intriguing sprit that's toasty, spicy, and graced with notes of honey and peppercorn. On the nose you'll find a combination of caramel, almond and cherry. 100proof
