Rick started making ice cream at a very young age because his parents would make it on the family farm. Each child had to take turns churning the delicious mixture by hand. Rick has perfected the recipes & has served the homemade ice cream at numerous family gatherings in his hometown of Enon Valley, Pennsylvania & now here in Waxhaw since 2001. The homemade ice cream that we make & serve here is made from all natural ingredients: fresh milk & cream, pure cane sugar, natural vanilla, fresh fruit & real cocoa – nothing more. We don’t use any pre-made mix. Instead, we choose to stir all the ingredients by hand. We hope you enjoy this treat as much as we enjoy making it for you.
