Aspall Perronelles Blush Cyder Suffolk, England A wonderfully refreshing, pink-tinged, Demi-sec cider made with blackberries (drinks like a rosé!). The aroma and taste of apples and forest in a harmonious combination. 4%

A rich, dark elixir with cascading layers of malt complexity balanced by elegant hops. Notes of toffee, caramel, graceful dark-malt roastiness, and the essence of barley. Lager fermentation leads to clean flavors and pinpoint conditioning. Semi-dry finish. 6.7% abv

BFM Brut des Franches A blend of three versions of Saison √225: one aged in vin jaune barrels, one smoked, and one their classic version. The blend is bottled and conditioned like Champagne, and aged over 15 months in a Champagne cellar near the brewery. The finished beer is golden and sparkling, with distinct tartness and the aroma and palate of spice, wood, dried fruits, brioche, and fresh oak.

TRIPEL Baileux, Belgium First made in 1986, It has a bright golden color with a brilliant white head. Smoky and sweet aromas give way to fruity and floral notes. These are perfectly balanced by subtle hop character. Orange peel and apple give a pleasant aftertaste. 8% ABV

BELGIAN DARK STRONG ALE Chimay Grande Reserve Baileux, Belgium Originally released as a Special Holiday beer, the “Capsule Bleue” became available in 1956. It pours a beautiful dark hue with a tight, light brown foam. Warm and dark, with heavy spice aromas that give way to candied fruit and mocha notes. Bitter and sweet notes of chocolate and coffee round out this complex brew. 9% ABV

DUBBEL Chimay Premiere Scourmont Abbey, Hainaut, Belgium Premiere was the first beer produced by Cimay, and has been brewed since 1862. Trappist Monks released this dark brew, as opposed to something lighter, in order to not directly compete with local brewers. A hallmark of its style, this Belgian dubbel is ruby in color, rich, deep, and malty. It has notes of toffee and ripe fruit, with notes of minerality and smooth bitterness, which round out its deep sweetness. 7% ABV

Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers brewed for Christmas. A very dense beer, it has boils for many hours in the kettle, brewed with pale malt with white candi sugar. Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. 12% ABV

A spontaneous wild ale aged in oak barrels for one year with Montmorency and Morello cherries. 5% ABV

“Inspired by the ancient London Porters, Our Porter is not barrel-aged, but rather co-fermented with our house Brettanomyces, and brewed with magnificent special English malts.” 5.7% ABV

Bruxellensis is refermented for several months with a wild Brettanomyces yeast originated in Brussels. Amber with copper reflections, its fruity attack (pineapple, red fruits) is supported by hop flavours in dry hopping, and by complex, almost animal notes of old leather. It then develops a rich malty note with biscuit accents and a persistent fruity/candied flavour. Its finale is dry and bitter, its character is unique.

FRENCH CIDER Normandy, France Cidre Bouché is created using the traditional method of the Pays d'Auge. Full of fruit and freshness, the taste reveals the aromas of apples and citrus with finesse ("cidre bouché" is a generic term for traditional cider, literally "cider under cork”). Naturally sparkling, fermented with indigenous yeast. 5.5% ABV

This natural sparkling wine was born from the idea of ​​combining two fruits from the Rosaceae family: the quince, fruit from forgotten orchards, and the apple, traditional fruit from the Pays d'Auge. This original co-fermentation reveals a delicious quaffable cider, with unexpected aromas of blood orange peel mixed with the freshness of the apple.

SAISON Fantôme Pissenlit Soy, Belgium "Fantôme and some cohorts get busy every spring picking bushels of dandelions that grow in the fields around the picturesque farmhouse brewery. The yellow flowers are removed and dried in the sun, then soaked in water for a few days. The thick, dark dandelion “tea” that results is the basis for the Pissenlit, which is made also from traditional barley malt and hops. It resembles a classic saison beer – golden spritzy brew, strong and very flavorful, with a good hop bite." 8% ABV

Mont des Cats Trappiste Ambree (ABV 7.6%) is brewed for the Abbey of Mont des Cats by the monks of Scourmont Abbey. It was developed independently from the Chimay range, but it has the distinctive Chimay yeast character, in both the aroma and taste. Mont Des Cats (Abbaye Sainte-Marie-du-Mont) is a Trappist Abbey in Godewaersvelde in Northern France, near the Belgian border (French Flanders). The name has nothing to do with cats, but is derived from the name of a Germanic tribe known as Chatti. The abbey was established in 1826 on the site of a earlier monastery which existed from 1650 to 1792. Mont des Cats cheese has been produced by the monks since 1890 with the milk of local farms. Like other Trappists, they produce a Trappist ale to help support the abbey. 7.6%

Villers-d.-Orval, Belgium First brewed in 1931, Orval is aromatic, dry and unique. The aging process gives it a fruity, slightly acidic taste and hops lending to the bitterness. Orval is lively and very carbonated. A distinct amalgamation of brewing methods from the English dry hopping, infusion Belgian methods, as well as the use of wild yeast, or “brettanomyces”.

This full-bodied, drier-style beer is inherently sweet-bitter. The initial taste reveals dark chocolate, a pinch of vanilla, tonka bean, and cocoa. In the mid-palate, the same herbal notes found in the aroma emerge. The aftertaste is long and dry, bringing forward dried dark berries, with a lingering warmth of alcohol and a slightly spicy glow. 11%

Considered a classic in it's category, this Märzen is Bamberg's speciality. It is a dark, bottom fermented smokebeer, brewed with Original Schlenkerla Smokemalt from the Schlenkerla malting.

Sour black ale brewed with wild cherry bark harvested from the woods around our brewery and fermented with our wild house mixed culture. Notes of chocolate-covered cherries and a tart wine-like finish. 5.8% ABV

St Bernardus Christmas Ale is an intensely dark beer with a full, yet slightly fruity flavor, overflowing with the tastes of winter and zesty seasonal aromas. Aniseed notes are complemented by hints of creamy caramel and fire-roasted chestnuts. This zestiness shows no signs of abating, pushing through to a magnificent finish of dried fruits and chocolate. This brew bears the imprint of the unique St.Bernardus yeast (dating back to 1946), that gives it its own special complexity. Simply stated, St. Bernardus Christmas Ale is the perfect degustation beer to warm your heart and bring a glow to your loved ones on a cold winter night. 10% ABV

IMPERIAL STOUT Stillwater Gristle Baltimore, Maryland Big stout, little dog: Imperial stout aged for 18-months in bourbon barrels. Love live Miss Gristle! 12% ABV

This brisk Amber Ale is really a luminous golden-red. It is perfectly balanced, with a soft, fresh hop bitterness playing off a hearty whole-grain maltiness, and accented by an entrancing nose of earth and spice that is typical of French farm-country brewing. ABV: 5.8%

DRY-HOPPED SAISON Brasserie Thiriez Extra Farmhouse Esquelbecq, France Thiriez Extra uses one hop varietal, a rather unusual hop grown in Kent called ‘Bramling Cross.’ The malt is from 2-row spring barley grown in France. The result has certain characteristics of an English bitter: it’s not too strong, very dry, and eminently drinkable. It makes use of Belgian yeast which gives the beer a good bit of the earthy, spicy characteristics of a saison. 5.5% ABV

QUADRUPEL Trappistes Rochefort 10 Rochefort, Belgium Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities. 11.3% ABV

DUBBEL Trappistes Rochefort 6 Rochefort, Belgium Reddish color, slightly spicy aroma and an intense taste of caramel, fruit, and hints of raisins. 7.5% ABV

BELGIAN STRONG DARK Trappistes Rochefort 8 Rochefort, Belgium Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, and strong bodied. The aroma has notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather and figs. 9.2% ABV

DUBBEL Westmalle Dubbel Westmalle, Belgium A subtle, dark red-brown beer with a rich and complex taste of caramel, malt, and fruity esters. This balanced ale ends with a long and dry finish. “In 1856 the monks started brewing a simple table beer. Later, as demand grew, they introduced a dark beer that was brewed with double the amount of raw ingredients. This is how a Dubbel got its name.” ABV 7%, IBU: 24 , ABV 7%

TRAPPIST EXTRA Westmalle Extra Westmalle, Belgium This is one of the oldest beers of Westmalle Abbey, with a tradition that dates back to the start of the brewery. It was created to drink with meals in the abbey, something the monks still do today. As a top fermented golden yellow Trappist beer, the Extra is unique in combining a low alcohol content with a rich flavor. Enjoy its fruity notes and its refreshing, thirst-quenching character. 4.8% abv

TRIPEL Westmalle Tripel Westmalle, Belgium The name “Tripel” meaning the tripling of ingredients of their original table beer. Introduced in 1934, this “mother of all triples” is a golden-yellow ale with a fruity aroma and a nose of hops. This elegant ale offers complex flavors melding a rich malt sweetness into a mild taste and a creamy mouth feel. IBU: 37, ABV 9.5%

Aged in Ruby Port barrels (6 months) and red wine barrels (12 months).

Cantillon Kriek 100% Lambic is a traditional kriek lambic. The fruit is a Morello (variety: Kelleris) organic sour cherry imported from Turkey with 200g added per liter of lambic. The fruiting process for Kriek 100% Lambic consists of taking pre-frozen cherries and placing them whole in stainless steel tanks with two-year old lambic for a maceration period of 1-2 months. It is then transferred to a stainless steel bottling tank until it is ready to be bottled. A quantity of young lambic is added before bottling to obtain a secondary fermentation in the bottle. A flagship beer, Cantillon Kriek is one of the most common bottlings to find. 

Orange-copper body, thin, and bubbly. Big dirty stonefruits, nectarines, apricots, and peaches, nice musty oak quality, some mineral water, and some lactic lemon. Medium bodied, moderate to lively carbonation, aggressive acidity, and a lingering, puckering finish. 6.5% ABV

Kriek de Ranke is a blend of old Flemish ale, lambic and 25 kilos of sour cherries. It tastes full of cherry and is sour and thirst-quenching. Gentle oaky notes. 7% ABV

Spontaneous fermentation, oaked maturation and bottle evolution result in a distinctively complex beer. Lambics aged on 4 different barrels, originating from wort of 8 different brews. ABV 5.2%

Muscat Bleu grapes from Flander’s Wijndomein Hoenshof are macerated with four different lambics from two different barrels for five months and blended the grape lambic with another three young lambics prior to blending’. ABV 8.0%

Blend number 51, season 17/18 blended from lambics from 8 different barrels and originating from 11 different brews. Traditional Lambic whose cultural heritage is rooted in the Zenne Valley. The oldest portion of the blend is 3.5 years 3 fonteinen brewed on 22nd of October 2014. ABV:6%

Gueuzérable is made from the fermentation of organic maple syrup from Québec in a blend of 1-, 2- and 3-year old lambics in the same blend ratio as Gueuze Tilquin à l'Ancienne. After the blend was made, it was further fermented in a stainless steel tank. Upon bottling, a small amount more of maple syrup was added to cause secondary fermentation in the bottle. 10% ABV!

Öhlzelt's Grüner Leader is a 1-liter bottle of Grüner Veltliner from 30 year-old vines sourced from all different vineyard sites in Kamptal, fermented and aged in stainless steel. In the glass, the wine displays a light gold in color with aromas of quince, white pepper, cucumber, chervil and Honeydew that show amazing purity. The palate is lean and focused with an added mineral tinge to complement the green fruit and herb flavors. 12% ABV

Abita Root Beer is made with a hot mix process using spring water, herbs, vanilla and yucca. Unlike most soft drink manufacturers, Abita sweetens its root beer with pure Louisiana cane sugar. Naturally caffeine free.

Ale-8-One, known colloquially as Ale-8, is Kentucky's original soft drink. Based in Winchester, KY, Ale-8 is a crisp combination of ginger and citrus.

"Italian taste at first sip! This is the idea that inspired Teo when he created this drink, made with a selection of mixed Italian citrus fruits. The hazy color hides a delicate and flavorful combination of orange, tangerine, lemon, and bergamot."

“Cola Baladin” is a soft drinks which contains no coloring or preservative and is produced with the kola nuts bought from the "Kola Slow Food Presidium” in Sierra Leone, and part of the revenues from the its sales will be donated to the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity to support the Presidium project.

Spuma Nera, or “dark Spuma” as it was once called, may be considered the “mother” of chinotto. We have chosen to go back to the traditional recipe: a basis of chinotto (a myrtle-leaf orange drink), with the addition of the reddish part of rhubarb roots and an orange zest and vanilla infusion. Like all other Baladin soft drinks, Spuma Nera is 100% natural and no colorings or preservatives are added.

LYSERØD is the perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. It is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in its taste. You will experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex and comfortably dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and hibiscus. It’s all balanced by the smooth Silver Needle white tea and finished with light bitter fruity notes. The colour is a light pink rosé.
