Brown Butter + Chocolate Chip Cookies - We make our own brown butter and turn it into a gelato base, then fold in homemade chocolate chip cookies (gf).

Peanut Butter + Chocolate + Coconut Milk - Inspired by a peanut butter cup, we put a dairy free twist on this flavor incorporating coconut milk as the base and then blending in organic peanut butter, finishing it off with drizzling dark chocolate throughout.

Inspired by the strawberry matcha latte at one of An’s favorite cafés, Rikka Fika, this gelato uses house-milled ceremonial matcha from Paru Tea – a specialty loose leaf tea and matcha company based in San Diego – and combines it with a homemade strawberry jam.

Olive Oil + Rosemary - Canvas is one of our most requested flavors of all time. If we were going to submit one flavor into a gelato competition, this would be it. This popular gelato starts by infusing milk with rosemary before combining it with olive oil. The result is an extremely creamy and smooth gelato.

Deep, dark chocolate gelato made with a rich Brazilian cocoa powder. It has a similar taste and texture to brownie batter.

Mango + Passionfruit - We start with over 25 pounds of fresh mangos and passionfruit, creating a creamy sorbet that has the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

One of the best selling flavors from our Paru Tea collaboration, we start with fresh brewed jasmine tea and combine with nearly 5 pounds of blueberries.

Cookies + Cream + Nutella - This gelato flavor is made with nutella that is folded in to a cream base. We then sprinkle in house-made dark chocolate cookies to add an extra crunch.

Sandals is a fan favorite, infused with Paru's Tea Blue Chamomile, which is sweet, floral, and with a captivating natural blue hue from butterfly pea flowers.

A collaboration with OB Noodle House and inspired by their peanut butter whiskey (Skrewball), this double dark chocolate (70%) gelato has ribbons of a peanut butter swirl consisting of organic peanut butter, condensed milk, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Strawberry + Cream + Dark Chocolate - This gelato is made with 10 lbs of strawberries, blended into a cream base and folded together with dark chocolate.

Vegan Matcha + Pistachio - We make our own pistachio butter using two pounds of fresh, whole pistachios. Then we combine it with high quality matcha from Paru Tea. This fabric is matcha forward with a perfect balance of pistachio.
