This predominately Viognier blend from Piedmont, Vibrant and lush, excellent for aperitifs. Pair with all Seafood dishes and Light Salads.

Brunello di Montalcino, Le Ragnaie, 2018
The 2018 Brunello Di Montalcino is fragrant with incense, rose petals, red raspberry, and blood orange. Elegant, with fine tannins, it is approachable already in its youthful stage. Its refreshing acidity and wonderful dusty earth minerality make it a very pleasing wine to drinking now or over the next 10 years.

Burgundy, Benoit Giardin Clos Rousseau 1 er Santenay Rouge
In the mouth there is this good, clean, rigorous and clear acidity with a direct fruit of currants, cranberries, rhubarb and unripe strawberries, tart pink drops and with a touch of bitter grape. The tannins are fine and well integrated, but it is still a very young wine, which has some pimples, but great integrity and energy. This makes it a fresh wine with a mineral edge.

Burgundy, David Dubond HCN Cuvee Louis Auguste Rouge
A really lovely nose of raspberry, cherry and rose petals. It has perfectly ripe red fruit flavours and nice minerality just below the flesh. Balance is good and the finish is fresh with good cut.

Cabernet, "Big Flower", Botanica Wines
The wine has a deep plum color with a delicious blend of blackcurrant, tobacco and fennel notes on the nose. On the palate this opulent wine has a balanced acidity that is supported by layers of blackcurrant and plum with traces of dark chocolate. The palate is rounded off by smooth, silky tannins.

Cabernet, Caymus 1L
2020, 1 liter bottling of iconic Caymus Cabernet from Napa Valley. Aromas of blackberry jam, cassis, currant and cocoa, with a hefty punch of fruit on the palate. Tantalizing notes of anise, cocoa, cherry- vanilla, tobacco and a bit of pepper on the finish. Abundant tannins with a soft mouthfeel and sultry finish.

Cabernet, Duckhorn
Blending fruit from estate vineyards and top Napa Valley growers, this wine embodies the complexity of the valley, while offering a seamless balance between fruit, oak and tannins. To add nuance, the Cabernet is blended with Merlot, yielding a wine that is approachable in its youth, yet worthy of cellaring.

Cabernet, Paul Dolan
Brilliant ruby in color, the Paul Dolan Cabernet Sauvignon has enticing aromas of ripe cherry with hints of cedar and a warm earthy undertone. An elegant wine with a round mouthfeel and firm youthful tannins, complimented by brambly blackberry and dark huckleberry flavors. Subtle notes of nutmeg and cinnamon spice from the oak round the rich fruit in a full-palate that carries from start to finish. Made with Organic Grapes, California Certified Organic Farmers certified. Vegan.

Champagne, Moutard Brut "Grande Cuvee"
**Supports Houston Restaurant Weeks** This Blanc de Noirs Cuvee is the pillar of Moutard's production as it is a blend of several of the best vintages. The refined, rich nose evokes notes of butter, almond and brioche. A lively, elegant and balanced palate with good mouthfeel.

Chenin Blanc, Outward
Balanced with great acid and a lemony hit on the palate with faint reduction and petrol note. There is an acid driven, tropical fruit "curd" like passionfruit or mango with lime coupled with a minerally salty, almost oily texture and a nice finish.

Merlot, Land of Saints, 2020
Cherries and notes of mint and licorice. The palate is textured and slightly savory with tart blackberry and hints of coffee and cocoa.

Picpoul Blanc, Grower Project, 2021
This playful, light-bodied wine is not shy or simple, and so easy to drink. The palate is mineral and a positively mouthwatering laser beam of acidity.

Pinot Grigio, Grin
This wine is fresh, soft, harmonious, with a hint of sea breeze and a touch of honey, with a pleasant acidity and a breathtaking finish.

Pinot Gris, Jolie-Laide
Not your typical Pinot Gris; its beautiful pink hue comes from gently crushing the grapes by foot and a few day cold soak prior to an all wild ferment. Grapes are sourced from two very unique but different vineyards in California that we are lucky to work with. Wildly perfumed of charentias melon, stone fruit, bergamot, crisp cantaloupe with refined texture on the palate. 12% Alc

Pinot Noir, Amalie Robert "Dijon Clones", 2010
The Dijon Clones Pinot Noir is a blend of 7 Dijon clones sourced from 12 dry farmed blocks. The barrels of wine crafted from each block are culminations of the soil, rootstock, clonal selections and our unique microclimates. Much like an individual instrument in a symphony, each barrel contributes its own unique character to the final composition. The individual clonal attributes are presented in the aroma and bouquet. The flavors and textures combine on the palate to provide depth and rich layers of Pinot Noir fruit that are distinctly Oregon.

Pinot Noir, Roots Wine Company, Klee
Heady aromas of cedar, mushroom, earth and black cherry emerge from the glass. On the palate, the fruit-driven wine shows soft tannins and flavors of dark cherry compote, strawberry leather, stewed plums and rose oil. The finish lingers with bright acid to complete the taste experience.

Pinot Noir, Trisaetum, 2020
"Vivacious and sleekly layered, with cherry and guava flavors that are highlighted by black tea and cinnamon, finishing with medium-grained tannins. Drink now through 2031." 92 Points, T.F. - Wine Spectator 92 Points, James Suckling

Pinot Noir, WiLD CHiLD, Fresh Fest, 2021
The wine has loads of bright fruit notes, moderate acidity, and moderate tannins. Designed to be the red wine to sip slightly chilled on a hot day by the pool (or a cool day by the hot tub)! All native/wild yeast. No additions were made to the wine, and low sulfites (just enough to preserve and stabilize the wine).

Prosecco, Col di Luna, Flora
A truly dry Prosecco made by a family owned winery in Treviso. Lovely notes of granny smith apples and garden flowers with a crisp, lingering finish. Entirely hand harvested Glera grapes, fermented with native yeasts and bottled with low sulphites. The vineyards are in the processing of converting to organics and are currently farmed without herbicides or fungicides.

Prosecco, Le Colture "Fagher"
Dry, elegant, well-balanced D.O.C.G. Spumante Brut by Le Colture, one of the most prestigious wineries in Valdobbiadene. Fragrant white spring flowers, yellow peach and citrus aromas lead the nose. The racy palate offers abundant notes of pineapple, juicy green grapes, and a hint of nut alongside invigorating bubbles and bright acidity. Delicate but not shy, this sparkling wine has enough finesse to be pretty and enough personality to be the star of the show. It will pair well with a variety of foods and will please even the most discriminating Champagne drinker.

Red Blend, Arnot-Roberts
Vibrantly aromatic, supported by punchy fruit and fresh acidity. This wine was crafted to pair well with food and be ready to drink upon release but we also see that it has strong potential for positive development with some time in the bottle.

Red Blend, Domaine de l'Ameillaud Cairanne
**Supports Houston Restaurant Weeks** Easy-going and generous, this wine’s for you after a hard day in the office! Soft, ripe fragrances of blackberry, dark cherry, leather with a hint of licorice, clove and vanilla. A bit of jam flavour in between and ending with just a touch of minerality. Round and soft tannins. Ideal with a simple dinner of beef casserole or local char siu and soya chicken with rice!

Riesling, Trisaetum, 2021
Compact, dense and detailed, this will need time and a bit of warmth to unpack all its flavors. Serve it too cold and a lot of subtle aromatics and other details are concealed. Warm it up in your glass and a sniff or two yields suggestions of almonds, lime, wet stone, green banana... It fleshes out across the palate adding notes of ginger around a core of crisp apple and Asian pear. Enjoy this now and on through the next decade or longer. - Paul Gregutt. 94 Points.

Rosato, Il Mostro Pet-Nat, 2021
An organic Pétillant Naturel showing notes of spices, flowers and herbs complement red berries on the nose and in the mouth. At once dense and juicy, with the light red fruit flavors and floral notes carrying through on the persistent finish, which features an underbrush nuance. Firm acid holds it all together to make it the exciting glass of sparkling rosé.

Rosé, Blushing Bear, 2020
Inspired by the classic Bandol rosés of southern France, the 2020 Blushing Bear is ‘sunshine in a glass.’ This is a delicate, pale pink wine bursting with fresh grapefruit, honeyed guava and juicy watermelon aromas and flavors. Bright and richly textured, the flavors blend together seamlessly as they dance across the palate. Balanced acidity adds to the mouthfeel, building across a long, clean finish.

Rosé, Deer Creek Vineyards, 2020
The beautifully colored fresh and vibrant Roséof Pinot Noir has aromas of strawberry, melon and tropical fruits. This direct-to-press rosé is from our 1988 plantings of own-rooted vines in Southwest Oregon’s historic Illinois Valley. Our Wadenswil, Jackson, and Pommard clone Pinot Noir parcels were hand-harvested and vinified separately in small-lot stainless tanks or neutral-barrel fermentations, then blended to make this cuvee. 480 cases produced.

Rosé, Osmosis, 2022
Zero Sugar, Vegan, Sustainable. Clear salmon color, pink hue, delicate rose, with mineral character, red ripe fruit of stawberry. Refreshing balanced acidity. A nice elegant Rose.

Rosé, Queen of the Sierra, 2021
This dry, meaty rosé is unlike any other you’ve tasted! Fleshy raspberry, cantaloupe, and ruby red grapefruit meld with hints of rose petals, rose hips, exotic spices, and crushed desert sage that finishes on a slightly savory, saline note. Organically grown, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.

Rosé, Teutonic Wine Company
Teutonic's famous Rosé of Pinot Noir, from a high-elevation vineyard in the Willamette Valley . Lush and fruity with a hint of eucalyptus. The length on the palate of this wine is incredible.

Sancerre, Domaine Auchere
The nose opens with pure minerality and exotic fruit. Flavors of grapefruit, lychee and lime combine with a clean and crisp palate. Persistant, fine and zesty. A classic Sancerre. Food Pairing: An excellent addition to grilled fish, salmon tartar or fresh spinach and perfect with goat cheese.

Sauvignon Blanc, Astrolabe
Marlborough, NZ. Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of lemongrass, lime peel, and elderflower, with background notes of white currant and red pepper. Medium-bodied with white peach, gooseberry, and citrus flavors, and a dry mineral finish. Very enjoyable when young and fresh; will age gracefully with careful cellaring. Suggested foods include fresh, leafy green salads; seafood of all types; and dishes with lifted, aromatic herbs.

Sauvignon Blanc, Emmolo
Napa Valley, CA. This wine opens on the nose with freshness of summer rain, layered with scents of white peach and a hint of guava. The palate features a lively acidity balanced by delicate fruit flavors of peach and newly ripened honeydew. A tartness builds, softened by a smooth texture that lingers in the mouth. The mouth-watering finish is unusually bright and crisp.

Sauvignon Blanc, Gaspard
Wonderfully distinctive aromatics generate some of wine's most colorful descriptors, among them herbaceous, grassy, citrusy, lemon zest. In France, the apex of Sauvignon Blanc production is the Loire Valley, in the appellations of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, where the terroir expresses itself most beautifully through the grape. Sauvignon Blanc is also the leading white grape varietal in Bordeaux, where it is paired with the fatter, richer Sémillon to varying degrees.

Sauvignon Blanc, Rochioli, 2019
This wine offers inviting passion fruit and melon aromas with citrus tones. The wine is tank fermented at a cool temperature to preserve its intense varietal character and firm acidity. The tropical fruit flavors are rich and full with a long, crisp finish.

Sparkling Rosé, Une Femme, "The Callie"
World-class winemaker Samantha Sheehan (of POE Wines in Napa) carefully crafted this modern classic with Napa- and Sonoma-grown zinfandel and chardonnay grapes in order to express a juicy, slightly floral aroma and well-structured warm red berry notes in the glass. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Sparkling, biutiful, Cava Brut Rosé
Smokey stone fruit aromas lead to a fresh and zesty feeling palate that hits firmly with plum, raspberry and citrus flavors. The finish on this rose Cava is solid and bubbly, with red-fruit and citrus flavors to spare.

Syrah, Pray Tell Wines
For me, the goal posts for Syrah have long been aligned with Northern Rhone expressions. Elegant, perfumed, spicy, and loaded with tension. To achieve that with such powerful source material, I tried to seek restraint in each step of the process. Picking a little brighter, limited maceration, cooler fermentation temperatures, gentle pressing, and aging in a combination of new/neutral oak and terracotta amphora. It's each of these touch points that throttle back the horsepower without forsaking the identity of the varietal. I believe this wine to be a lovely representation of what poised Syrah in the US can look like. It's quite friendly out of the gates, but with continued cellaring, its story will continue to evolve and grow in complexity. -- winemaker notes

Trebbiano, Otella Le Creete
Warm, golden, intense straw yellow. Exotic hints of pineapple, and grapefruit. Persistent wine with good minerality and satisfying finish.

Verdajo, Balnea
Winemaker Maria Jesus Hernandez has created a wine that is clean with citrus and herbal notes on the nose, with a creamy and delicate body. The wine is clean, straw yellow with lemony hues. Farmed organically. Lower sulfite level.

Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, "Kintari" Saraja
Elegant and refined, with a grassy and floral nose, preceeding a palate of honeyed ew, ripe apricot and a silky, saline minerality - A great pairing for richer fish dishes such as grilled seabass or tuna tataki.

White Blend, Lefete du Blanc
Produced in the heart of St. Tropez, this delicate wine has a beautiful, bright golden color with silvery reflections. Expressive nose of ripe yellow fruits and hints of apple. The palate is full bodied, developing into a tangy finish and revealing notes of pear and fresh pineapple.

Champagne, Vincent Couche "Eclipsia"
This is among the purest, most honest Champagnes on the market right now and the only “manipulation” here is the light dosage which makes it all the more enjoyable to drink. After allowing the vigorous mousse to subside in an all-purpose stem, the nose erupts with fresh, live-wire aromas of crisp white pear, Mirabelle plum, red and yellow apple skin, redcurrant, damp herb, crushed chalk, seashell, blanched almonds, lime blossoms, lees, iodine, and acacia. Fresh 2019 release, incredibly invigorating. Native yeast, no filtering or fining.

Muscadet, La Louvetrie, 2019
Muscadet is a light-bodied, dry white wine made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes that impart lemon, lime, green apple and pear flavors. This highly-acidic wine—also known for mineral and salty characteristics—is meant to be consumed young, and pairs well with seafood (a classic pairing is oysters).

Orange, Breaking Bread
With this vintage of the orange wine, we wanted to bring in additional layers of complexity and to experiment with other varieties. We decided to add equal parts of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc to the dominant Muscat Blanc and once again took a delicate approach. The Chardonnay contributed more weight and complexity to the mouthfeel, while the Sauvignon Blanc brought in more acidity and higher notes. All grapes were destemmed into the fermenter bin with zero sulfur added and we let the native yeast build up a population, which took about five days. From there we allowed it to go another five days fermenting on skins, for a total of ten days on the skins, making for more balanced phenolics.

It will pair well with a variety of foods and will please even the most discriminating Champagne drinker.

94 Points.

Rosé, Domaine de Reuilly
Pinot Gris is a chameleon of a grape, able to give drastically different styles of wine depending on its region of origin and production methods. In the Upper Loire appellation of Reuilly, the traditional treatment yields a pale vin gris that reflects the grape’s pinkish, grayish tint at ripeness. Vigneron Denis Jamain accomplishes this by letting the fruit sit for a few hours in the press during the slow, gentle pressing cycle, ensuring a wine of the utmost delicacy with just the slightest hint of color from limited contact with the skins. This expression of Pinot Gris features a shimmering freshness, its silky texture punctuated by a saline focal point that makes it especially mouthwatering
