Grisette, 5%. Keg conditioned draft version of our dry hopped grisette. Ironically, we filled our strict mixed fermentation use kegs for these and in a relatively short period of time, they have developed a nice Orval like quality with the addition of a light leathery brett character on top of the same farmhousey base beer (this quality will appear in the bottles as well down the line). Lovely and complex, yet still maintaining that same delightful drinkability.
